A grand entrance hall with the salon, dining room & kitchen to the west & sitting room & utility to the east. You will find all amenities in the kitchen adjacent to the dining room, & fully equipped for catering for up to 16 guests.

Chambre Etoile- children's’ bedroom with 2 twin beds & en-suite sink.

Le Manoir is located just 1km from the world famous cheese making town of Epoisses & 10km from the medieval Semur-en-Auxois. It is beautifully perched at the top of it’s own parkland overlooking the surrounding countryside & villages. The property has been newly upgraded ready for the 2011 rental season.

French antiques, Grande reception rooms with unbelievable spaces & oak parquet flooring. Upstairs to the luxurious silk lined walls of the bedrooms with more views to enjoy.

Further a field you can discover the food & wines of the region with Chablis to the north & Cote de Beaune & Cote de Nuits to the south.

Enjoy wandering around markets & antique faires during the summer months & Gastronomic faires in the winter.
