3 bedrooms have direct Seaview; all 4 have A/C and own bathroom

The Living and Dining room are giving on two different terraces with great view on the lagoon.

You can also have lunch and dinner on the terrace.

The kitchen is fully furnished. A closed garage is at your disposal.

Internet/wifi is available plus a telephone for local calls.

The colors of the Sunset from the Terrace are magnifient. Swimming if front of the terrace in turquoise water is pure pleasure.

A housekeeper is at your service 6 days a week half-day. A cook prepares delicious meals. They work from 9: 00 to 13: 00 pm.

Overtime for cooking or babysitting is possible and costs 100 Rupees / hour during the week,

The center of Grand Bay is 8 minutes by car and the first supermarket 2 minutes drive.

The bus station is within walking distance.

The villa, located in the north of the island in à Pointe aux Canonniers, has been newly renovated and luxury furnished for up to 8 people. The Waterfront villa is in a privileged area of Mauritius. It has 4 bedrooms with 4 en suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is a large Suite with balcony and sea view; 2 other bedroom have also Sea view: All bedrooms have air condition, decorated differently and with great care.

While near the tourist centers, the villa is quiet in a residential area where the beaches are not populated.

"Idyllic Family Holiday on the Beach"
We spent two weeks with extended family at the Villa sous le Vent in Sept/Oct 2012. The location of this villa is ideal for beach holidays. Our grandchildren were on the beach every day from 6.00am, enjoying the warm shallow water, fine white sand and rock pools. For most of the day they were the sole users of the beach. The house itself is very well set up and tastefully furnished. Jean, the cook, looked after us exceptionally well and cooked some memorable meals. We can recommend the local boulangerie where we bought fresh baguettes and delicious pains aux chocolats most days. For food shopping there is a supermarket of monstrous proportions just 15 minutes drive away in Grand Baie. We greatly appreciated the owner, Stephanie's warm welcome and all the efforts she made to make our holiday at Villa sous le Vent such a success.
