Designed by prominent Egyptian Architect Shehab Mazhar, this beach front White Villa personifies the warm elegance of Mediterranean architecture and features 360 degree panoramic views of the Red Sea, golf course and surrounding mountains. The villa is approached through its own private driveway with landscaped gardens of 23 palms. Please Note: The owner of this property accepts payment in the original currency specified (), before use of conversion tool. The conversion tool is provided for your convenience only. The owner may accept other currencies if specifically agreed in advance.

Notes

  • We require a £150.00 Deposit per week(non returnable upon cancellation) to secure your booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before departure. We also require a refundable security deposit of £200.00 refundable within 7 days on your return to the UK. Full Terms and Conditions of booking are available on Request.

    BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
    You must ensure you take out adequate travel insurance suitable for your needs before you travel. We cannot be responsible for any costs you incur as a result of you failing to do so. For your own peace of mind the insurance should cover you if you have to cancel your arrangements, or for any emergencies that arise while you are away. Please use a reputable insurance company.

    42 - 29 Days 50% Cost of Villa
    28 - 22 Days 70% Cost of Villa
    21 - 8 Days 90% Cost of Villa
    7 Days or fewer 100% Cost of Villa
  • If We Cancel your Booking
    We reserve the right to cancel your booking in any circumstances, but if we do cancel your booking we will refund you all monies paid or offer you an alternative villa similar to the original one booked, this may involve an increase in price on the original villa booked which you may reject. If so all your monies will be refunded as in the first instance.

    Electricity and Water is paid on departure from the Villa to our managing agent. This is approx £20 per person per week. Meter readings will be taken on arrival and departure with our Management Agent.
  • All guests will be checked into our Villa by our English Management Team and shown around the Villa and details of the resort. We can also arrange a food/drink pack to be available in the Villa upon arrival.
    There is also a 24hr emergency number available during your stay.

Words can't describe how lovely this villa and it's surroundings are.
It's well equipt and extremely comfortable for a big family or friends.

The house was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped, and the kids could run around outside by the pool while the adults could swim and relax.
Really relaxing, it was.
We enjoyed the week very much.

amazing holiday from beging to end so loved this holiday cant wait to return. very spacious very clean villa stunning grounds and gardens fantastic weather perfect holiday retreat amazing in fact ... with all the facilities you could ever need very well maintained ...... pool cleaned every day and as someone else said in their review the photos really dont do it justice . This was the first holiday we had booked over the internet was a bit nervous about it all but absolutely stunning went without a glitch from beging to end . Hayley the owner was more than accommodating with sorting out a delay we incurred whilst traveling to el gouna it meant that we didn't arrive at hurgharda airport until 12.00 am transport was there waiting for us and someone to show us round the villa even after our 5hr delay rest of the holiday went without a glitch transport home was just as good . security deposit returned promt . loved el gouna just as much, traveled with my husband 13 year old daughter and her friend spent 18 nights at the villa could have easily stayed for longer we all loved it ,so much to do fantastic day trips to luxor , Cairo ,catamaran cruse, snorkling ,quad biking through the desert all amazing days ... loads of great bars and restaurants good live entertainment in town .. felt very safe through out the holiday would often have a girly evening in town or girly shopping day tok tok rides where fab friendly people amazing place a definite 10/10 big thankyou to hayley and her team for a truly amazing stay .

Eine wirklich sehr schöne Villa in einem tollen Urlaubsort. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was im Urlaub benötigt wird. Am schönsten ist die große Terrasse mit dem immer super gepflegten Pool mit einer beeindruckenden Aussicht über die Lagune auf die entfernten Berge in der Wüste Ägyptens. Insbesondere die Abendstunden mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen auf der Terrasse sind unvergesslich. Wir haben viele der Restaurants in der Abut Tig Marina ausprobiert und wurden nie enttäuscht. Wenn man gerne ausgiebige Frühstücksbuffets geniessen möchte, bieten sich die Hotels Sheraton und Mövenpick zu vernünftigen Preisen an. Wir können die Villa und El Gouna unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Die Organisation über die Besitzerin und den Verwaltern vor Ort hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Fantastic villa

From the initial enquiry to the return of the deposit the whole experience has been excellent. We arranged the airport transfers and welcome pack / Wi-Fi through Hayley and the local management company (English) were excellent. The transfer arrived as we came out of the airport and only 30 minutes or so later we were at the villa. And what a fantastic villa it is, the photos did not do it justice it was much bigger and spacious than it appeared. Finished to a very high standard the only downside was that we only had 8 days there. We visited El Gouna in Feb 10 and it was just as great a place to visit, great restaurants and places to visit. I would definitely hire the villa again especially now we know the local English agents who really put your mind at rest, especially as they live just a short distance away. Perfect Holiday

If you want a perfect holiday in a perfect location with perfect weather choose this house. Stayed with a party of six people and the house was more than big enough. The outside space with it's own pool, sun deck and private beach really is superb. Although El Gouna is a small town it caters for all your needs. Plenty of bars and restaurants around the marina which is a must to visit. Taxis and tok-toks (local transportation) are easily accessible and cheap so no car required.
Hayley was very responsive to any email before our holiday and her management company live close by and were easy to deal with.
If you are planning a trip to El Gouna I would strongly recommend the house and I am looking forward to returning - hopefully next year.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
