In middle of a lemon tree orchard, next to the sea and with breath-breaking view on the Etna you find 3 buildings of beginning of the 19th century, renovated with great care.

(L) The “Villa of the Pit”, ones a pump house is now an elegant holiday house for 6-11 persons, with impressive entry hall, fabulous kitchen-living room with fireplace and access to the private external area and 4 bedrooms, each with its own bath room.

(M) The “Olive Trees House” is proposed as a holiday house for 4-8 persons, equipped with a functional kitchen with barbecue and stone oven, living-room with fireplace, private, external area and 2 very big (bed)rooms with living area and bath room on the ground floor and the double bed on the gallery.

(S) The 'Manger', once the stable, is the third unit with kitchen, living-bedroom and bathroom.

The 3 units, separated and independent, share the pool, the big solarium lawn, the 10.000 sq.m garden, the private sea access and can be hired separately or together

The “Villa of the Pit” is the largest building, on the South-West corner of the big property (opposite corner of the “Casa degli Ulivi), has a separate access and is furnished with taste and functionality. In the wide and comfortable rooms they succeeded in combining the antique (building, equipment) with the modern (furniture, installations). The villa offers all desirable comforts: (X) an entry hall with reading corner, TV/music area, internet access, (X) an impressive kitchen-living room with professional kitchen block (fully equipped), big table, fireplace and direct access to the near reserved area of the garden (equipped with table, chairs, barbecue), (X) 3 double rooms with own bath room and (X) 1 suite with living-area, own terrace with breathtaking view, wide bed room with 3 beds and own bath room and (X) access to the common areas (garden, pool, private sea access, car parking).

  • The here exposed prices are for the villa (exclusively for you), 6 persons included.
    For every person more (over the 6 included) you have to add, depending on the season, per week:
    - in LOW season: 250 Euro (per person and week)
    - in MIDDLE season: 275 Euro ( -”- )
    - in HIGH season: 350 Euro ( -”- )
    - in TOP season: 375 Euro ( -”- ).
    So for instance, for a stay of 8 persons, 1 week in LOW season you have to calculate:
    + 2100 Euro base price for the villa, 6 persons included and
    + 500 Euro (2 x 250 Euro) for the other 2 persons
    = 2600 Euro the whole stay (8 persons, 1 week).
  • The final prices are intended 'all inclusive': light, water, air conditioning, bed-linen, towels and kitchen-linen, cleaning at the end of the location, swimming pool, deckchair, parasol, barbecue, parking.
    In TOP and HIGH season the stays must last at least 1 week and have to start/end on Saturdays.
    In the other seasons the dates are flexible.
    For stays shorter than 1 week (only in MIDDLE and LOW season) the price will be calculated taking the proposed prices per person and night and considering minimum 6 persons and 3 nights.
    Stays longer than 1 week will be considered proportionally.
  • To complete a reservation we need the name, address and telephone numbers of one of you to set up a little contract.
    The usually foreseen payments are:
    - an account of 20% at the signature of the contract;
    - the remainder 2 weeks before the stay to allow me to confirm you the reception before you leave home and
    - a deposit of about 20%, cash at the arrival, that will be refunded totally/partially at the end of the location.

What a Lovely Place in Sicily!

I stayed here with my family for a long weekend. We have 6 children and the house was perfect for our large family. It is beautifully decorated as a beach house, with natural driftwood and shells. The kitchen was lovely to cook in and the table is large enough for a big group. The beds were very comfortable. We would have loved to have stayed longer. The owners are on site and very helpful if you have a question or a problem. It is a gorgeous property in Sicily. The pictures don't even do it justice. It was even more beautiful than we expected. The pool was open and my children enjoyed swimming. Poolside there are bathrooms with showers. The beach was very rocky as we expected but we had nice walks looking for driftwood. My daughter enjoyed sitting by the sea and reading. We had a lovely stay here and we hope to return in the future.

Very spacious, beautiful and perfectly clean house, a huge lemon garden in which there are peach trees, figs, this large pool with diving board, all the beach beds and umbrellas are new. I especially want to note the hospitality of the hosts: they are very kind, considerate and caring. We rested a family of 13 people, with children and were very pleased, will come again.
