The holiday apartment is located in the ever-popular area of Elvira next to the Don Carlos Hotel. The beach is just 3 minutes walk and Nikki beach is slightly further. The beaches in this area are known to be the best sandy beaches on the Costa del Sol. There are many shops, supermarkets, bars and excellent restaurants all within easy walking distance. The Don Carlos Hotel provides a good place to go for good entertainment in the bar area during the evenings. La Hacienda Beach is a high quality well maintained urbanisation. This apartment really does offer everything with the location, facilities and high level of quality and we recommend it highly. Puerto Banus is about 15 minutes drive and Malaga airport is only about 40 minutes drive away.

This beachside luxury ground floor apartment is located just 3 minutes walk from the beach within the high-quality Hacienda Playa complex. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with an extra cloakroom by the entrance. The apartment is fully air conditioned and Sky Television is provided with both the movies and sports channels enabled. The apartment is furnished to a high standard with marble floors throughout. The kitchen offers all mod cons and both bathrooms have double hand basins. The large terrace is fully enclosed by retractable glass curtains/windows. There is a large gas barbeque plus a dining area for up to six persons and a relaxing sofa area too. Further to the terrace is a smaller private grassy area with access to the pool area beyond. There is a children’s pool plus a large 10x38 metre pool, both very clean and inviting, with plenty of sun loungers provided. There is also a paddle-tennis court available for sports enthusiasts.

I have to tell you about this fabulous apartment… its very luxurious, spacious and trust me you feel at home the minute you walk in….The apartment is 5 metres from the pool and the beach is only 5 minutes’ walk ;0)
There are lots of restaurants around, and if you are a big fun of fresh fish then head down to Restaurant Christina by the beach…you will enjoy the food and the sunsets ;0)
Nightlife you have few choices like Nikki Beach head to the famous Don Carlos hotel for evening events Music and dancing with lovely views from the terrace bar…or head to Marbella / Puerto Banus its only 5 Kilometres away in a taxi or drive there is you not drinking ;0)
For Flamenco then head to Ana Maria in the Old town of Marbella…..
If you want to explore and learn more and about the history of Andalucía then hire a car and a visit to Alhambra, Atequera, Mijas and Ronda is a must…
SPA: the Estrla de mar SPA is a must….

Notes

  • A cot and high chair can be rented for 50 Euros for up to two weeks hire. A late arrival charge of 30 Euros is charged for arrivals as of 9pm or 50 Euros for arrivals as of midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We have a safe at our office in the port of Estepona if you prefer to pick up the keys from here at no charge. All payments however will need to be made in advance. ALL our properties with AC have a limit on the electricity bill which is included per week. If this limit is exceeded, the amount will be deducted from your security deposit. Wifi Routers are available for Hire (upon previous reservation), 2GB for 60€, 1G for 45€. Recharges are 40€ for 2GB and 25€ for 1GB. For properties, which have ADSL installed there might be a charge of 30€ per week. Where English TV is advertised, we are unable to guarantee this for all of the year 2014 , however, we will do our best to find an alternative solution when the satellites are withdrawn.
