Beach Terrace is a private terrace with no through traffic and with each properties land terminating at the seawall The ground floor apartment had a complete refurbishment upgrade which was completed March 2011 to a high specification.

The apartment boasts one of the best sea views in the village of Rhosneigr.

The property consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin and 1 bunk bed.

The open plan lounge & modern kitchen has a very airy outlook with stunning views over the bay.

The front patio area of the property with its table and bench is an ideal location for a barbecue or eating alfresco whilst watching the stunning sunsets across the bay.

Activities: Anglesey race circuit, (4 miles away) has recently undergone heavy investment and it now houses events almost every weekend of the year, from vintage races to national motorbike championships

The stunning sunsets are not to be missed and being able to sit outside with glass of wine in hand watching it set bliss. Even if the wind is blowing we have the added bonus of watching the numerous kite and wind surfers from the comfort of your lounge.

Beach Terrace is located in Rhosneigr a small, beautiful village on the Isle of Anglesey. It is a magnet for families and water sport fanatics. Rhosneigr has two of the best beaches you will find anywhere in the UK, with sand dunes, wide shallow shelving beaches and rock pools just 25 metres from the house. A short drive will take you to Snowdonia and all the wonders of the national park, the famous station of Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrnbrobwll-llantysiliogogogoch, the Castles of Conwy, Caernarvon & Beaumauris, the Victorian seaside town of Llandudno,

Less than one mile from the property is The Anglesey Golf Course an interesting 18 hole links course and less than 4 miles away is the Anglesey Race Circuit which hosts varying races throughout the year.

Beach Terrace is near the centre of the village, with its well stocked boutique shops, excellent restaurants, bistro, cafes, and local pubs all within a short walk away.

    Ordinarily, rental times are from 3pm on the start date and the property must be vacated by 10am on the last day of rental. This is to allow for preparation and cleaning. We can be flexible depending on the previous or next booking, please ask when enquiring.
    On bookings of more than two weeks, a cleaning service can be provided to clean the apartment once a week for a charge of £25.

    NOTE - Please contact owner for last minute availability for possible 3 day breaks during July & Aug
  • Deposit: £100 (non refundable) deposit is required when booking. This is to secure your booking, and will be deducted from the total cost of your booking. Please note: no booking will be confirmed until the deposit has been received. The balance must be received 4 weeks prior to the start of the holiday, or at the time of booking, if within 4 weeks of start date. A deposit of £100 per rental period must be received along with the balance, this deposit (£100) will be refundable in full, subject to there being no damage or breakages.

A gem of an apartment. Fantastic location and excellent facilities. We knew immediately upon arrival that we had made an inspired choice.
The first thing that hits you is the view, it is beautiful. The beach is literally yards from the front of the property.
The apartment itself is a good size, modern, spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds and has every facility you would wish for to make your stay a relaxing and 'chilled out' one.
We stayed early April and were blessed with good weather which meant that the sunsets, directly in front of the huge bay windows, were absolutely stunning.
The 'icing on the cake' was the owners who added to our overall experience as nothing was too much trouble for them.
Having stayed all over coastal UK this was without doubt one of the best self catering breaks we have enjoyed.
This was our first visit to the area and we fell in love with Rhosneigr and the apartment. We will definitely return.

Spent a really great 8 days in this lovely contemporary apartment. The views from the massive front window whatever the weather and the friendly owners above made this the perfect place to visit Rhosneigr. A truly stunning location. Spotlessly clean , nice bathroom and very comfy bed - would not hesitate to recommend and hope to return next year.

Wonderful Holiday

We have stayed at the holiday home quite frequently over the last 10 years so to see all of the improvements to the house was very exciting. We had 2 children to bring this year one is 4 and the other is 9 months. The room space and solid walls meant that we all slept well and the sea air was obviously a good contribution too. The beach is about 25 yards away and when you have 2 small kids it's great to know you're about 10 seconds from the sand. When the weather turned a bit we went to the butterfly palace and sea zoo which are really close (8miles) and pretty enjoyable even for grown ups. The local shops are quite reasonable for a quick shop and there is a delicious fish and chip shop just up the road too. Major superstores are only 15 mins drive away up the A55 towards Hollyhead. So all in all if it's value for money you are after then you won't go wrong! The dishwasher, washing machine and walk in shower are a real luxury and spotless too and the central heating is a touch if it goes cool in the night. Once the kids had gone to bed, the panoramic view of the sea/sunset was beautiful and relaxing and I would go as far as saying the best in the country. Our little 4 year old loved exploring the rock pools and watching the boats, jetskiers and kite surfers everyday whatever the weather and also I must add that the sand is pram friendly so all of the family can enjoy the beach just like us! Thanks to the owners for a lovely stay!

I stayed in the apartment with my elderly parents early June, easy access and great location meant no problems getting out and about.
Many evenings spent sitting outside at the front of the apartment watching the sunset and the kite surfers.
Inside, everything was available even a dishwasher, and a very high standard of amenities.
Warm welcome from William and Natasha who were always available but unobtrusive.

Topped with great weather for the week I'll definitely be back.

3 girls, 4 night stay, massive beach, friendly locals and great pub, we could not have been happier!!!

Beautiful, clean, spacious, modern appartment. One of the best appartments I have ever rented for the price. Shower was just brilliant. The place was always toastie and warm after a long cold day out exploring, with a well equiped kitchen to cook up some hearty grub.

Being able to walk straight onto the beach from the front door, walk for 2 hours and never leave the beach or see a road is such a rarety in the UK. Also a nice safe place out the back to leave bikes.

We didnt have kids with us but it would be a great family location, safe from roads and lots of activities on the door step in the surf shack. My 88 yr old Gran came for a visit and was able to navigate around the flat with no trouble at all with it all on one level, being able to park directly out the front and only having one step to get in.

Would definetly come and stay again, I've visited Anglesey for 30 years and thought I'd done everything, but this time I felt like there was still more to do and see when I left.
