Excellent villa

Excellent property . A little bit out from the town and beach . However taxis or Uber are cheap and easily accessible . The owners and staff were great and easily contactable .

Clean and proper, ideal for vacation

The house was very clean and proper, Isabel prepared everything carefully before our arrival. The outside of the house is also very nice, big garden, swimming pool, and a bbq, ideal for a big group. The house has a really good location, in a very peacefull area. 100% recommendable

Beautiful villa in ideal location

We stayed in this villa in April 2017. It was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Extremely spacious and could easily and comfortably sleep up to 15 people. The garden is a perfect sun trap, secluded from the neighbors with plenty of sun beds to go around. The pool is an ideal size. The outdoor dining area and BBQ were used every night. The villa is located in a small complex with a shop and restaurant, tennis courts etc. which was fairly quiet at the time of year we stayed. However, you are ideally located to travel to vilanova which cost about €3 euros in a taxi and the old town and marina is just a little bit further out costing about €6 in a cab. I would highly recommend this villa and hope to return to stay again sometime.

309 Quinta da Balia - Just Perfect

Hi Isabel, I would like to take to to thank you for the wonderful stay my friends and I had at 309 Quinta da Balia last weekend. The villa was in a wonderful location for the golf courses we chose to play, and the nightlife of Albuferia that we wanted. The villa was extremely clean, and could you pass on my thanks to Fatima who was so nice. Hopefully we will return to Portugal soon and use your wonderful villa again. Many thanks for such an easy transaction, from the initial contact and booking of the villa, to being greeted by Fatima on our arrival.
