This location near the beach will allow you to spend an unforgettable holiday sea breeze and lulled by the music of the surf. The apartment made in June 2011 is very bright, has two entrances and is on two levels. On the ground floor: living room of 20 m² with kitchen, bathroom, staircase and two large porches, one of which facing the sea. On the first floor large double bedroom with third bed and veranda facing the sea, large double room with two or three beds and bathroom. The apartment is tastefully furnished, sound-insulated and has all the comforts: air conditioning and heating, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, LCD TV, hairdryer, cot-cot and high chair any children. Outside shower for exclusive use with hot water, barbecue, garden furniture for dining and relaxation, lawn and parking for the exclusive use in the common garden.

Fantastic Apartments in Stunning Location

We have been coming back to stay in these beautiful apartments for the last 5 years, and have always had a wonderful time, and this year was no exception. The apartments are very well maintained, spacious rooms, very clean and tastefully furnished with everything we need. We have enjoyed meals on the large patio area, enjoying the stunning views of the bay, and the garden leads onto the beautiful white sandy beach. Also, a short stroll will take you to some good pizzerias and restaurants. The owners, Dorotea and Carlo are so very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. We shall continue to stay at this wonderful apartment the next time we visit Sardinia, and highly recommend it to others - bellissimo!

Beautiful, yet not well-maintained

We rented the Cala Liberotto apartment for one week in July. We chose this apartment for its beautiful beachfront location - and we were not disappointed. The apartment and yard, in spite of the gorgeous beach, were quite disappointing - not well maintained. The kitchen was not in an optimal condition, the dishes were filthy and the cupboards were mildewy. For such an expensive property, it was not well equipped and missed essential items such as wine glasses, cereal bowls, and adequate cutlery. Furthermore, the dishwasher was in a desperate need of being replaced. The living room couch was in a grungy condition, full of stains. We did not appreciate that the sarongs used to cover the stains were not washed (from the previous occupants). The bedrooms were spacious and well appointed; however, the beds, pillows, linens and closets were musty. The covers and blankets were not washed, either. Considering we paid for linen, I would have expected a higher standard.

Everything we needed for a perfect holiday.

We are so happy we chose this apartment over many others that we looked at in Cala Liberotto and it made for a perfect holiday right on the beach. The property has 3 apartments which are planned vertically within the house, so that each has an upstairs and nobody suffers with footsteps overhead. In fact, the house is very well insulated and while you are inside, you don't hear anything at all from the other apartments. The good insulation also ensures that the house keeps beautifully cool and there was absolutely no need to use the air conditioning which is provided in all the rooms. The house is comfortably furnished with everything you need for your stay with good quality appliances and kitchen utensils for cooking at home. It has all the extras, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, washing machine, Samsung TV with satellite channels, deck chairs, patio furniture and bed linen is provided (so many places charge extra for this, or don't provide it at all!). Beach towels are also provided. There is a hot shower for each of the apartments in the garden which goes down through fragrant pine trees right onto a beautiful sandy beach. The beach slopes gently and is perfect for children. The house is located in a low key development of holiday houses in built in a pine wood, which for the most part, keeps a natural feel to the coastline. There are pizzerias and restaurants nearby within walking distance and a couple of small shops, some supermarkets, butcher, fish shop etc, just a 5 minute drive away and good facilities in Orosei, 12 km away. We stayed here for the middle fortnight of September and for the first few days, Cala Liberotto was still pretty busy (there is a campsite at the end of the road). After the 12th of the month a LOT of people left and the place became very peaceful and you fall asleep listening to the waves on the shore and the night breeze in the trees. It's worth mentioning that there is a holiday beach club right up the other end of the beach and at night, you can hear the entertainment. It doesn't last long though and doesn't go on late. I am a terrible sleeper normally and I slept very peacefully here every night. Thank you to Dorotea and Carlo, the owners for our lovely gifts of local wines, fluffy ricotta, honey and figs and the bunch of freshly picked herbs. We very much hope to have another holiday at Cala Liberotto and would recommend it as a wonderful holiday location.

Casa cala liberotto da sogno

La casa è fantastica con tutte le comodità e accesso alla spiaggia sottostante. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, Carlo disponibile a ogni richiesta, ci ha anche concesso di posticipare il check out visto l'orario in tarda serata del nostro traghetto. Tutto perfetto grazie mille , Cristina Giovanni e la nostra labrador Dream

Great place to stay in Cala Liberotto

We enjoyed very much the place. Wonderful view on the beach and sea. Clean and new appartment which was well equipped with anything you need for a relaxing holiday. And a very approachable and friendly host family! Thanks a lot!
