Stunning three bedroomed split level property enjoying uninterrupted views of the sea from the living room, balcony, master bedroom and children's bedroom. The entertainment space is ideal for families offering contemporary modern styling.

The area is popular with divers watching sealife, wrecks etc

Pagham nature reserve is about 30 minutes walk

Located very near the local fishing huts where fresh fish can be bought.

Playground facilities on the green nearby and there is also a large pond with wildlife living on it

The nearest parade of shops is only 5 minutes walk away and includes butchers, baker, grocer, fruiterers, off licence, hairdresser, fish & chips, newagents.

Main town of Selsey is 5 minutes drive away

Why Robert Whitehead chose Selsey

We decided on Seaview because of the seaview! Selsey has always been a holiday destination for the family therefore ten years ago we bought Mariners Cottage in Park Lane (also for rent) and in 2010 we bought Seaview as an alternative destination if the other house was occupied.

Seaview is located in Selsey, nr. Chichester - just 50 metres from the beach with attractive sea views. Lots of beach activities including sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, swimming, cycling on local tracks and a well known dive school. It is just a short walk to Pagham Harbour nature reserve, a paradise for bird watchers. Fish for mackerel and bass from the beach and there is a fishing fleet so fresh fish can be bought from the locals. Selsey village is full shops and restaurants as well as supermarkets. There is also a leisure complex with a funfair on the other side of Selsey. The Roman city of Chichester is roughly 10 miles away with attractions that include: Chichester Festival Theatre, Chichester Cathedral, Shopping in the centre and entertainment at Chichester Gate.
