Recently renovated, sea-view apartment - max. 4 persons

This newly-renovated apartment has a splendid wide view of the sea and the volcanic mountains of Papagayo.

There is one bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower and there is also a washing-machine.

There is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, hob and microwave.

In the lounge area there is a double sofa which turns into a comfortable double sofa-bed. There is also a television and DVD player.

The spectacular sea panorama can be enjoyed from the terrace which has table and chairs for al-fresco dining and is the perfect place for relaxing and contemplating the surroundings with a glass of chilled wine.

There is a shared swimming pool in the main area of the complex which also provides sun-loungers.

The apartment is situated on the first floor and is located within a quite residence.

This newly renovated apartment is located within a quite residence and is only a short walk to the long sandy beach and the lively centre of Puerto del Carmen.

Puerto del Carmen is the main tourist resort on the island of Lanzarote, Canary Islands. The quaint and peaceful old town includes the harbour and docks. Here there is a variety of restaurants and bars many with amazing views across the harbour and the sea to the volcanic mountains of Papagayo beyond.

The sea-front runs for eight kilometres, with long sandy beaches on one side, and bars, shops and restaurants on the other. The Biosfera Plaza is a newly constructed shopping plaza, which includes many international brands and has entertainment facilities.

There are also many day trips that can be enjoyed such as Timanfaya (the fire mountains), the caves of Los Jameos, the weekly craft market in old Teguise and the water-park in new Teguise. Lanzarote is a Mecca for all types of water sports from snorkelling to water skiing.

I had a wonderful time with my lovely missis in Puerto del Carmen. We spent 3 weeks living in nice and comfy apartment with beautiful sea view.
We prefer self-cooking, and the apartment has all kitchen utensils, devices, tools for this. Apartment is also well furnished, wide bed (I guess king size), two lounges for getting tan daytime or enjoying beautiful sunset at terrace, and relaxing sofa for watching TV at the evenings.
Wonderful days passed too quick, and suddenly our holidays were over...
But our memories will warm us at the long winter evenings.

Really enjoyed our stay

My fiancé and I stayed in the apartment for a week.
We had a wonderful time. There is a shop across the road, beach is only a 10 minute walk if even. Same to resturants and bars.

The apartment is really clean and comfortable. The bed is really cosy and there is a great selection of English speaking channels including rte1 and rte2 , utv and channel 4.

The kitchen is well kitted out if you wanted to cook , and a great seating balcony area.


I would stay in the apartment again thanks for a great stay.

Just yesterday I spontaneously emailed the owner of the flat because I wanted to thank her.
I loved my stay in Puerto del Carmen and loved the apartment.
The flat is lovely, every morning and sunset I was surprised of the wonderful view!
And it was fantastic to have a glass of wine on the terrace in the evening, looking at the lights reflecting on the water. It's also very well equipped, there's everything from cooking supplies to towels, a washing machine, a beach umbrella if needed and extra pillow and blankets. It's the perfect place if you like to e independent with an extremely good value for money. I would go back tomorrow if I could.

Lovely apartment with fabulous views and sunshine all day and evening on the balcony and lovely to open the double doors to living area - well equipped for self catering however great restaurants nearby so cooking wasn't on the agenda! Apartment very centrally situated, local supermarket 50m away (downhill), good for fresh bread in the morning also close to beach, harbour, old town and new shopping centre. Recommend the coastal walk (7km) to the upmarket marina at Puerto Calero.

Lovely apartment in a good location. A 5 minute walk down steep hill to beach, shops and restaurants.
Good sevice and communications from owner, although a welcome surprise was the apartment had BBC1,2 ITV, channel 4 and Sky News.
There was plenty of towels and beach towels. The washing machine was a welcome addition.

Would recommend and will definitly use again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
