Directly facing the sea front there is only plants and the sea, surrounded by the Parque del Mediterraneo. Air conditioning for hot and cold air conditioning. Large furnished terrace. Recent construction. 1 hour from Granada and Sierra Nevada 1.30. Residential community with gardens, pool and tennis court, paddle tennis. Ideal for combining Andalusian cultural events and enjoy the sea, visit Granada, go skiing and rest. Very quiet during the months of September to July. Lovely decoration and exhibition of original artwork with the possibility of purchase. Prices for four people, decreasing the duration of stay, 5 and 6 anand occupying 10% of the tariff. Outdoor parking within the development free of charge, parking (by arrangement) within 50 € / week. € 300 is requested bail requests.

Notes

  • Rates for 4 people To book we ask for 25% of the rent transfer, the rest is paid by bank transfer one week before ask 200 euros deposit which is returned to the output, after deducting the damages if any, by wire transfer within one week. The price includes sheets, towels, tea towels, blankets, cloth, power consumption, parking for 1 car in public areas, drinking water and swimming pool. Cleaning is not included in the price, 60 €, you can hire or is left clean. The parking space is not included costs 50 euros / week, but if a car parking in public areas of our building. Power consumption is charged EUR 0.20 kw.
