Luxury two bedroom apartment with fabulous terrace, peaceful location, golf

This spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment has an 80 sq.m. patio, equipped with covered seating area, sun loungers, table and chairs and gas BBQ. There is also a private landscaped garden. The apartment has marble floors throughout and is furnished to a high standard with fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with UK TV channels, wi-fi, jacuzzi bath and secure parking making it ideal for families as well as couples.

In addition to the golf, putting, gym, tennis, paddle tennis, WIFI connection and spa facilities, the clubhouse serves drinks, lunch and dinner. There is also a children's play area.

Outside of El Soto, the local area of Elviria hosts many restaurants and small supermarkets, while the busier entertainment areas of Marbella are only a short drive or taxi ride away. On this part of the coast you can find no end of golf courses, good beaches, as well as peaceful areas for country walks or bike rides.

Excellent Villa

Most well appointed villa, lovely and quite in the hills and a short drive from local amenities. Lots to see in the surrounding aria too. I have stayed here for two years running and it is fab would recommend it to anyone, couples or families. The communal pools on the complex have fantastic views and are very quiet, excellent news if you want to catch up on holiday reading. All in all highly recommended.

If you are looking to enjoy a break in a beautiful setting, I have no hesitation in recommending my home. You will find it spacious and well appointed. The extensive outside terraces, with covered and uncovered areas, and garden make it perfect for summer relaxing.

We were here in May 2009 for a long weekend. The flat was perfect for us: very spacious and sunny, with a great terrace (perfect for sunbathing, evening drinks & BBQ!), lovely views and a really well-stocked kitchen. The complex itself is really well taken care of and we liked being just outside the hustle and bustle of Marbella. Highly recommended!

This luxury apartment is situated in the tranquil setting of El Soto de Marbella, with easy access from Malaga airport and only 10 minutes drive to the beach. The hillside location offers stunning vistas of both sea and mountains and a calmer holiday option. The development has beautifully landscaped gardens built around a 9 hole golf course, and overlooks an area of land designated by UNESCO as a World Biosphere Reserve. Despite this, it is only a short car journey away from the cosmopolitan and vibrant areas of Marbella and Puerto Banus. The surrounding area has many golf courses, the nearest being Santa Maria, just 5 minutes away. Elviria's beaches are amongst the prettiest along the coast and well served by bars and restaurants. The well known Nikki Beach is also here. Elviria itself has a good variety of shops, bars and restaurants.

Notes:
The large lounge area that opens onto the equally spacious terrace is a particular attraction of the property. Both are well equipped with comfortable seating areas. The indoor dining area is set up for eight people; the outdoor dining area is set up for six but can seat eight. WIFI access is also available at the Clubhouse. The Clubhouse also offers gym, tennis, golf, putting, paddle tennis, children's play area and a spa. There are several communal pools at the development. The nearest is 100m from the apartment. The property is suitable for the elderly/infirm or disabled, but a car is recommended. There is a lift from the basement garage to the property entrance on the ground floor. The inside of the apartment is all on one level. The patio doors lead straight from the sitting room to the outside terrace with no steps involved. However, there are a few steps from the terrace to the private garden.
