All of our apartments have been named after famous Irish authors or poets which gives each apartment its own individual personality and gives guests the chance to experience the what it must have been like to live in a Victorian house many years ago.
We have just completed work on our W.B. Yeats and have restored it to some of it's former glory with original features such as the marble fireplaces, coving and a beautiful bay window overlooking Dublin city and mountains.
There is a double bed and a single bed in the main bedroom and there are 2 pull down sofa beds in the living area. This apartment sleeps 6 comfortably.
The James Joyce is located on the ground floor and has the same beautiful features such as the high ceilings, coving and marble fireplaces. This apartment sleeps 6 with 2 double beds in the main bedroom and a pull down sofa bed in the living area for 2 also which means it can sleep 6 in total.
The Samuel Beckett was our first apartment that we developed and has a more modern feel to it but provides every comfort and convenience that you would expect of a luxury holiday let. There is a double and a single bed in the main bedroom and a double pull down sofa bed in the main living area which allows for a total of 5 people to sleep comfortably.
Our Molly Malone studio sleeps 2/3 people comfortably and is the ideal location for exploring the city of Dublin. There is a double bed and a pull down sofa bed that's suitable for 1 person.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is free WiFi. There is TV/DVD as well as a power shower in the bathroom.
There is a fully equipped kitchen in every apartment and dining area that will cater for all guests and the bathrooms are spacious and modern. For anyone considering an extended stay they can be guaranteed to enjoy all the comforts of home. A cot can be provided upon request.
These apartments have been lovingly restored to a very high degree while retaining a lot of the original features to provide a classic and extremely luxurious stay. All are luxury apartments with all the comforts of home.
It is a wonderful location close to all the attractions and sights while being a relaxing bright and spacious apartment to come home to at the end of the day.
The apartment is in a beautiful large red brick Victorian building on a tree lined street.
Within easy reach of the famous Temple bar area as well as the fabulous restaurants, museums, parks, Trinity College and Library, Farmleigh House and of course shopping that Dublin has to offer.
Easy walk to numerous bus stops and train stations that will connect you with the Luas which will connect you with all of Dublin. There are also a number of great restaurants and pubs within a 10 minute walk from the apartment which we can highly recommend.
You can visit a local pub called the Cobblestone just a short walk away that provides traditional Irish music for your entertainment and is a great night out.
We provide a welcome pack with the basics such as bread and milk etc to get you on your feet.
There is a major supermarket within a 5 minute walk so you will never run out of essentials. All mod cons are provided and there is linen and towels freshly laundered for your use.
For anyone considering exploring Ireland further there is a car hire company close by and Heuston Station is approx 15-20 minute walk.
The famous Guinness Storehouse is close at hand as well as the Jameson Distillery both of which run tours regularly and are worth a visit. Dublin is also renowned for it's famous Temple bar area for entertainment which is a bus ride away. For art lovers the Irish Museum of Modern Art is 15 minutes away and the National Museum of Ireland is 10 minutes away.
Trinity College, Kilmainham Gaol, Ryan's Victorian Pub, St. Patricks Cathedral, are just some other of the many wonderful attractions that are available.
For a small fee we can provide an airport transfer if requested and for anyone hiring a car there is free on street parking right outside the house.
All utilities and WiFi are included in the price also.

About Liam Travers
I come from a family background in the hospitality industry.
I grew up in Kildare which is about 45 minutes from Dublin and worked for many years in my parents hotel there.
I emigrated to New York for a number of years and when I returned in 1990 I purchased this property in Dublin City.
As I am a qualified builder and carpenter I undertook to restore this house over a number of years and restore it to some of its former glory. As you can see from the pictures there are a lot of original features which I managed to retain and I am pleased that I can finally share them with people from all over the world.
I am now living in Kildare again and am married with a daughter.
As my parents before me I am committed to providing all of my guests with a wonderful holiday experience in a beautiful period house. I am available at all times for my guest either by phone or email and am happy to answer any query.

Why Liam Travers chose Dublin
I chose this location for the proximity to the city centre and of course the beautiful Victorian Redbrick lined North Circular Road.
These properties are a feature of Dublin and are preserved by Dublin Council. The fact that the Phoenix Park and the Botanic gardens are within walking distances is an absolute plus, providing plenty of recreational activity. Numerous pubs, restaurants are within walking distance and I feel that the house provides a sense of character and charm not matched by modern buildings and houses.
What makes this apartment unique
There are a number of benefits to staying in this property. Located close to the heart of the city of Dublin there is an excellant transport system by bus and light rail that means all of the sights can be visited with the minimum of fuss. The building itself is a beautiful Victorian property that has unique charm while offering all the modern comforts that a guest could expect.
The location is ideal as it is quiet while being convenient to all shopping, sights, transport, museums etc. that makes a holiday. Located beside the Phoenix park which is Europe's largest urban park the traveller can have a taste of the country while still remaining in the city.
