6 double bedrooms all ensuite set in private gardens. Sleeps 12

Set in a private walled gardens in a quiet location just below the foothills of the Taurus mountains and 5 minutes away by car to the sea and the centre of Kemer. The villas have 6 double bedrooms, all en suite, with a seventh bathroom. Fully air conditioned with cable TV in the living area and bedrooms. The villa has several terraces for dining/relaxing.

Indoors there is a sauna, Turkish bath, plunge pool and games room with pool table, table tennis table and fitness machine. The large snooker/dining table seats 12 people.

Outdoors there is a 12 x 6 metres swimming pool surrounded by timber decking with sun loungers and sheltered area for dining. The gardens contain many fruit trees - oranges, pomegranates,peach, apricots, lemons, olives and bananas. The whole property has treated, chlorine free, bottled quality water for drinking, showering and swimming.

Set below the mountains the property has pleasant cooling breezes in the summer.

The villa is located in Aslanbucak 4 km from the resort of Kemer and the beaches. The Taurus mountains come down close to the sea in this area and visitors to Kemer have the benefits of the sea and the mountains within close proximity. Local shopping and cafes are 10 minutes walk away while the centre of the resort of Kemer with its many restaurants and marina is 5 minutes by car. Local attractions include the ancient city of Phaselis 15 minutes by car where visitors can explore the ruins and swim and picnic; Mount Tahtali (2365 metres) where a cable car takes you to the summit with a restaurant and spectacular views of the sea; and jeep rides into the Goynuk canyon and the national park hinterland.
