2 bedroom El Rancho villa in the stunning La Manga Club Resort with WiFi

El Rancho 19 is a semi-detached two bedroom, three bathroom villa with air conditioning throughout; dishwasher; washing machine; a 38' flat screen television with over 40 satellite channels and FREE WiFi.

There are 3 terraces: the front terrace is a large sun terrace, which gets sunshine from morning until the early evening all year round; the roof terrace also enjoys year round sunshine and has views of the surrounding hills and the Mar Menor; the barbecue terrace is perfect for a bit of al fresco dining and is very private with a view of the Mar Menor.

El Rancho 19 is situated within the heart of La Manga Club; is easily accessible from the road, and is only 100 metres away from the nearest pool yet is still private and quiet.

Notes

  • The minimum rental period is 1 week though stays of 4-6 nights may be considered during mid to low season, at owners discretion.

    Prices include:

    * Air conditioning/heating.
    * Electricity.
    * Satellite (Club) TV.
    * Internal phone calls*.
    * Bed linen.
    * Bathroom towels.
    * Beach towels.
    * Mid-stay clean for stays of two weeks or more.

    Cot, high chair and stair gates can be arranged via our Management Company - prices available on request.

    We provide a full clean before arrival and a mid-stay clean (including a change of bed linen and bathroom towels) for stays of two weeks or more. We can arrange additional cleans if required but this will incur an additional charge.

    Prices do not include your travel costs, airport transfers, car hire and holiday insurance. We can organise Airport transfers and/or car hire for you, please contact us for details and prices.
  • A deposit of £100 is required to secure the booking regardless of length or time of stay. The balancing payment is due 4 weeks prior to commencement of the rental period. If the booking is made less than 4 weeks prior to rental period then the full rental price is payable upon booking. Cancellations made less than 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental period a refund of 50% of the total rental price will be given, due to the inability to get another rental at such short notice.

    Our Management Company will assess the property for any damages at the end of the rental period. If you have broken or lost anything during your stay please be honest and mention this at the end of your stay.

    *The phone in the villa can make and receive calls within the La Manga Club complex. You cannot make calls external to La Manga Club (e.g. calls to the UK) but you can receive them.
  • Please remember this is a private, family owned villa not a hotel. We have taken a lot of time and effort to make the villa as comfortable as we can for your stay so please treat our villa & belongings with the same consideration as you would your own.

Returning to Paradise

We just had to return to relive the wonderful holiday that we had last year, and we were not disappointed. All the improvements that Pam has carried out made our stay even more comfortable. I returned again with my friend Sue and her son for first week and when they left my mother and daughter joined us for the second week.

We all had a truly lovely time and the weather was spectacular.

I hired a car for the full two weeks which did not break the budget and came in very useful when ferrying large amounts of groceries and water back to the Villa.

Ate most evening in Los Belones (only 5 mins by car) which has excellent restaurants (some of which close for the season at end of August). Drove to a gorgeous beach at Cabo de Palos (only 10 mins by car) which has lovely long sandy beaches. There is a great restaurant called Katys right on the beach front where you can have a long traditional Spainish lunch whilst watching the wave crash on the beach. Fond memories.

The location of this Villa for me is perfect, nestled in the national park with Pine Trees, Borganvilia and Hibiscus within arms reach. The housekeeping staff ensuring that the villa is spotless on arrival with fresh beach towels for our use.

We plan on returning again next year because we cant stay away.

Our party consisted of two young teenage sons and their mums and could not have been a more perfect place for us to stay. The boys were free to roam safely at Le Manga and swim and play tennis/table-football/pool etc and take themselves off for lunch. Whilst us mums had leisurely breakfasts on the terrace and decided what pool to visit for the day. The Villa was a perfect size and had all that we required and in a very central yet peaceful location. We hired a car for the duration which enabled us to stock up at the local supermarket and visit local restaurants in Los Belones and historic sites in Cartagena. By eating two meals a day at the villa we were able to eat out for the other meal at an average cost of 70 Euros (incl tip) for four persons. We were only disappointed with Uncle Sams Burger Bar, the food was bland, unexciting and expensive at £14.00 for a burger I would not recommend that place. The Le Manga Club and its environs are beautifully maintained and the surroundings are lush and tropical. If you are wanting a relaxing break with all the conveniences of home - except the weather - then look no further. Left home/Suffolk at 8am and arrived at the Villa at 4.30pm, sat by the pool until 8pm bliss.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Sunshine and relaxation

We spent a beautiful week here in this lovely villa in August 2009 and had such a pleasant relaxing time. The villa is very well-appointed, clean and comfortable and there was more than enough space for us - four adults. We could choose to sit in the sunshine or the shade as there are three different sun terraces. There are also swimming pools close at hand. The views from the villa are lovely and it is located in a good position within the La Manga Club resort. We had a lot of fun on the 9 hole "pitch and putt" course.There are several good eating places within walking distance but a short drive can take you to the beach restaurant at Cabo where both the fish dishes and the sea views are exquisite. The owner had provided useful information and from that we decided to visit Cartagena which boasts a Roman amphitheatre and an excellent museum. We actually paid a second visit to the town as it had so much to offer. If you like to spend time on the beach the one at Calblanque in the National Park next to La Manga club is well worth a visit. All in all it was a very pleasant place to stay and we would like to return there before too long.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

A really relaxing break

My husband and I stayed at the villa in late summer. The villa is very light and spacious and has a nice 'home from home' feel about it. It was clean and quiet and very comfortable. The owner provided a folder with information on the area and how to use the sporting facilities around the complex which was really thoughtful and helpful in planning our stay. The weather was fantastic and brilliantly, the villa has a sun terrace for every time of the day! The front terrace gets the morning sun and the barbeque terrace near the kitchen gets the lovely evening sun, perfect for the (several) barbeques we had during our stay. For real sun lovers there is a terrace on the roof of the property which gets all day sun.

It's in a great location too as you are really close to supermarkets, restaurants and a short drive from the beaches, as well as the local town of Cabo de Palos. We would definitely recommend the harbour at Cabo for dinner as the fresh seafood is delicious!

Would definitely stay here again for a nice relaxing sun holiday or with a groups of friends.
