Spacious (120m2), three-bedroom holiday home in the heart of historic Malaga city has been decorated with typical Andaluz character. On the ground floor you will find a TV lounge with two sofas, charming dining area, large fully fitted and equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. Moving up to the first floor you find three lovely large double bedrooms, each with wardrobe and balconies facing onto the street, second bathroom with bathtub and shower. On the upper level you will find the beautiful furnished terrace boasting fantastic views to the Cathedral and city.

A perfect holiday home for families or friends wishing to get a real feel for the Andaluz lifestyle. We offer wireless Internet for 10 € per reservation.

Die Ferienwohnung war geräumig und funktionell mit ihren 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern, Küche, Wohn- und Esszimmer. Wir hatten genug Platz, Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Die schöne Dachterrasse konnten wir nur solo benutzen, da dorthin eine so steile Holztreppe führt, dass es unmöglich war, Essen und Geschirr dorthin zu transportieren. Schade, der Blick ist wirklich schön. Das Appartement liegt in der Altstadt Malagas und nur wenige Gehminuten von kleinen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants entfernt. Wenn man einen Leihwagen hat, ist das Finden eines Parkplatzes in der Nähe der Wohnung fast wie ein Lotteriespiel! Wir mussten immer einige Straßen entfernt das Auto abstellen. Unser Aufenthalt war alles in allem schön und lohnenswert.

Nice apartment, centrally located

We had a great mini break in Malaga, the apartment was centrally located and ideal for our needs. The apartment was clean throughout although the terrace was a bit grubby and the bbq very basic and a bit grubby. My only real criticism was the lack of mirrors in two of the bedrooms. One bedroom had mirrored wardrobes and a mirror on the wall the other two had none. We ate at some lovely restaurants our favourite being el Pimpi.

Boys weekend away

We were welcomed warmly on arrival and shown around the townhouse. The townhouse is a good size, clean and with good facilities. The bathrooms/showers were good with constant hot water. The stairs to the sun terrace are steep and care must be taken. The location is good with supermarkets within a 5 minute walk (out of the door and turn right) and the old town within a 5 minute walk (out of the door and turn left). The old town is fantastic with great restaurants and bodegas. El Pimpi is definitely worth a visit. The cathederal is beautiful too. The port and beech is about 10 to 15 minute walk. We had a great time and would recommend Malaga old town and the townhouse.

Malaga is Andalusia's second largest city with 600,000 inhabitants and is located on the Costa del Sol in southern Spain. The city has many exciting cultural activities and is in the race to become Cultural City 2016. Malaga dating back to 800 BC and has over the years been marked by the Greeks, Romans and Arab Maurer and it bears the imprint of the city today. The city is in the eyes of many partly overlooked, as many tourists choose to spend their holidays in the cities surrounding Malaga. But it includes everything you need for a perfect holiday, as it is a strategically good location. There is plenty of culture, city break, beaches, mountains and there are only 100 km to the Sierra Nevada, where you can ski. Or what about a trip to Granada and watch the world-famous castle Alhambra which is only an hour drive by car. Malaga is full of small bars and restaurants where you can enjoy various kinds of tapas and good wine. We warmly recommend the city for a perfect city break.
