Beautiful sea views, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 6

This villa is a bright and beautiful property, situated right on the sea front in Pernera with sensational sea views. The property is fully gated and has off road partially shaded parking. The owners have paid great attention in both looks and comfort to create a fantastic holiday home. The villa has modern furnishings with lots of natural light coming through the windows.

As you enter the property you immediately notice the bright orange décor with matching lamp shades, canvases and candles. All windows and patio doors have blinds with luxurious voile curtains. The large comfortable sofas with cushions invite you to relax in the cool air conditioning and watch the large flat screen TV with satellite channels. Also provided is a DVD player (please bring your own DVDs) and keep the children entertained with the playstation 2 (again please bring your own games) or get them to plug in their iPod and listen to their favorite songs. You can even check your emails as you connect to the villa’s free WiFi.

The dining area boasts a large table complete with 6 chairs and patio doors that open on to the mosaic pool area and landscaped garden planted with palm trees. For your family fun enjoy your days splashing around in the pool and laze on the sunny spacious patio area with sun beds for all guests to enjoy. Enjoy your meals al fresco under a wooden pergola on the patio area around a glass table and chairs. Beautiful sea views are fully complimented by the sound of the ocean waves rolling into the shore line.

Continue to enjoy the sea views from the window over the twin sink in the fully equipped kitchen area. A dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and electric oven and hob make your time spent here an absolute pleasure.

There is a convenient ground floor w/c with vanity mirror and window. An n under stairs cupboard for storing clothes airers and linen baskets is also provided.

Stairs, complete with silver handrail, lead to the 1st floor where there are 3 good size bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin, and a large family bathroom with grey and cream tiles, shower over bath, bidet, hand basin and storage for all your toiletries. On the landing you will find the washing machine, out of sight, in the storage cupboard.

Each of the bedrooms has patio doors leading to balconies, fitted wardrobes, decorative canvases, vanity mirrors, bed side cabinets with lamps and patterned quilted bed throws.

The very spacious double bedroom (with ensuite shower room) benefits from a shelf in the bedroom with a large flat screen TV for your entertainment, patio doors to the shared balcony give full magical sea views. The 1st twin bedroom has its own private balcony at the front of the property. The 2nd twin bedroom has full sea views and views of the communal pool on the Polyxenia complex (which can be used also by yourselves if you desire). It shares its balcony with the double bedroom.

This perfectly located villa will make you want to stay.

Location

Car: not necessary

Pernera is a small yet pretty harbour town on the eastern coast of Cyprus. It radiates a relaxed and easy-going atmosphere, so typical of the Mediterranean. The new floodlit boardwalk and coastal path means Protaras is now less than a 20-minute ocean-side stroll away from Pernera, day or night. The local water park in Pernera is ideal for families with its water rides, eateries and relaxing areas.

Pernera’s main street winds its way down to the sea front, lined with many places to have a quiet drink and dine to your taste. The surrounding area is rich in sandy coves and beaches, ideal for soaking up the sun. Water sports are also popular in the warm and clear Mediterranean waters surrounding the town, with many companies operating along the sea front. Excursions by boat can also be arranged from the harbour. Pernera is ideal for families and couples who desire a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Pernera has easy access to the towns of Paralimni and Deryneia, and the resorts of Kapparis, Protaras and Ayia Napa. Although Pernera has supermarkets, restaurants and bars, we feel that a car is really essential for maximum pleasure.

Beaches in the Area

Golden Coast Beach/Louma Bay Beach

Entering Pernera, to the left of the Paralimni Harbour and Fishing Shack, is a broad open bay containing the two beaches of Golden Coast and Louma Bay, directly opposite each other. Both are wide spacious beaches with golden sand.

Pernera Bay Beach

The beach itself is one of the nicest sandy beaches on the eastern coast of Cyprus. It also has its own dive centre, which offers everything from dives for beginners and fish feeding dives to dives to the Zenobia wreck, which is one of the world’s top diving wrecks. Whilst diving here you will encounter reefs, caves and no end of fascinating marine life including parrotfish, rays, sea bass, groupers and eels.

Polyxenia Beach

A grassed area leads not only onto a lovely sandy beach but it also brings you to the beginning of the Boardwalk into Protaras, passing coves of sandy beach every now and then. The walk should take about 20 minutes, depending on how fast you walk, how hot it is and how many bars and restaurants you stop in along the way.

Marlita Beach (Potami Bay)

Just along the boardwalk in Pernera before you come to the end at Polyxenia Beach, is Marlita Beach. A sandy little beach with gently sloping bay.
