This is a Stunning views, seclusion, peace and quiet are just a few words to describe what you can expect from this grand elegantly designed villa. Set on a hillside overlooking Ayia Napa and the coastline of the Mediterranean Sea, this villa offers you everything that you need for a perfectly relaxing holiday in a desirable location.

A short journey through a small forest provides a fascinating start to your holiday, but when you reach the villa you will agree that this drive was well worth it. A car is required for you to be able to make the most of the villa’s location and its surrounding area, as a 10 minute drive down the hill brings you to the heart of Ayia Napa and everything that it has to offer, from crystal clear waters to sandy beaches, a variety of restaurants and its night life.

When you first approach the villa and drive into the large off road parking area, you will be both astounded and delighted by the panoramic views set before you; the entrance belies what is hidden behind and when you finally step indoors the stunning views will continue to wow! You will soon realize that these views are available through every window and will be a consistent feature of your time here.

However lovely the inside of this villa, you will be more than impressed by the secure, safe outside space and the freedom it offers you to live an al fresco lifestyle during your time here. Choose from the patio area that is shaded by the large balcony above, or lounge around the large pool with enough space for all guests to totally relax their cares away. The large palm trees and colourful plants offer a tropical feel to the whole space and eating al fresco will be an absolute pleasure as you continue to take in the fantastic views until the sun goes down and beyond.

Space inside is not an issue either, with five bedrooms and five bath/shower rooms (two are ensuite) to choose from, queuing should not be a problem when getting ready for a night out. A double bedroom and wet room are located downstairs, as well as an outside shower room and w/c. The beautifully fitted kitchen has doors opening onto the patio area and a separate utility room.

The first floor is accessed by a sweeping staircase and opens out onto a large landing off which are four bedrooms, family shower room and a small kitchen area.

The master double and second double bedrooms both have ensuite facilities with a large corner jacuzzi bath and his and her sinks attached to the master bedroom.

The two twin rooms share a large shower room.

This large well designed villa is an absolute joy to holiday in and you may find yourselves having difficulty in leaving.

We do not ask you to pay your balance 60 days prior to your arrival and tell you your key will (you hope) be in a box at the villa. We are the only company in Cyprus open 24 hours a day.

Optional Extras: While there are many bars, restaurants and shops in Protaras car rental is always recommend to visit the many beautiful beaches and attractions Cyprus has to offer. We can organize this for you at competitive rates. We look after you from the moment you step off the plane. If car rental is not required we can also organize your return transfers. Beware of scams in 2011 it happened in 2009 and 2010 with lots of upset families having prepaid thousands of pounds for a villa that didn't exist when they arrived here.

It Was Everything We Wanted

The villa is great, we expected a beautiful big house with luxury and we got that house. The airport transport from the airport was the best, I ever got. A very friendly driver who helped us a lot, because he had to wait untill we got our rented cars. The staff at the reception is very friendly. It was a great holiday and house. I would recommend this villa and Agia Napa.

A Great Vacation

I would like to praise Oceanview for delivering a perfect holiday experience.  The transfer and car hire were seamless, the villa immaculate and beautiful.  I would return to Cyprus and have no problem using Oceanview again.

A Great Vacation

It was a great vacation.  The villa was superb, exactly what we wanted, full of privacy, not crowded.  The pool was awesome, the kitchen was splendid, full of the latest accessories and very hi tech.  We were all very impressed with the villa's design and a lot of thought was made to make this villa delightful one.  Once again, thanks a lot from all of us.  We are seriously thinking of coming back again to Cyprus for our next vacation and as soon as possible.
