Notes • 25% non refundable booking deposit is payable to secure the booking. Cancellation by the Owner must be at least 6 weeks before the start date of the holiday, in which case any money paid by the Guest will be returned in full. Full payment is due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.

• A refundable breakages deposit of 1000 Euros is payable by guests.
25 PER CENT DEPOSIT IS PAYABLE ON RESERVATION. THE BALANCE IS PAYABLE AT LEAST 6 WEEKS BEFORE COMMENCEMENT OF THE RENTAL.

NOTES: PLEASE NOTE THAT EXCESSIVE USE OF THE VILLA'S AIR CONDITIONING UNITS E.G. WHEN THE PROPERTY IS LEFT UNOCCUPIED WILL BE CHARGED AGAINST THE SECURITY DEPOSIT AS AIR CONDITIONING UNITS HAVE PREVIOUSLY BEEN NEEDLESSLY KEPT RUNNING RESULTING IN HUGE BILLS.

The kitchen is very high quality with lots of fridge/freezer space, separate wine fridge and utility room with sink.. the music system is extremely good. The Owner/Agents do not accept liability (public or otherwise) for guests/invitees who are renting the villa. The Owner/Agents do also not accept liability for loss of personal property of guests e.g. caused through negligence of guests in not properly securing the property when unoccupied or not using the safety deposit boxes available. Villa items which are broken as a result of accident or negligence of villa guests/invitees will be charged in full and if such replacement cost exceeds the security deposit then guests will be responsible for such excess sum[s]. Please be aware that at certain times in the Summer it is illegal to use the BBQ due to high fire risk to the surrounding area. Please check with the agents BEFORE using the BBQ. Fire extinguishers are located at the property for safety purposes.
