Fully Air-conditioned, WiFi, Completely restored by its Irish owners, with local stone masons in traditional stone method's roofs and walls up to 3ft6 thick, no expense spared, oasis of tranquility surrounded by Mediterranean grounds, 6 acres of olive groves to explore. The land is dotted with plum, pear, apple, lemon, cherry, almond and fig trees which fruit at different seasons. Local towns are 'very' Italian, Good markets and good shopping, local food and restaurants are great, manageress will meet and greet and look after your needs. Welcome food pack provided. No light pollution, so the stars at night are amazing, for the midnight swim! Local Manageress will look after you, Meet greet , any problems or advice, emergencies etc on call 24/7. Hi Spec Alarm monitored by Security Co.

Amazing Trullo

Super place with swimming pool, hot tub, bbq etc. Arrived to lots of food in fridge and a few extras which was really welcomed after travel with kids. Everyone enjoyed themselves so much that we didn’t want to leave. Kids pool integrated into main pool which was super for young kids - didn't worry about them falling into a deep pool. House close to lots of interesting and historical towns and beaches. Relaxing environment. Very helpful and responsive owner and property manager. Car essential. Would return for sure.

Amazing Trulli in the quietest of areas

Overall a wonderful property with masses of space and everything you could want, even and air source heat pump to take the chill off the pool in the cooler months. The Trulli is beautiful and in a super peaceful location, all this plus within an hour of loads of historical Italian sites and great local restaurants it was amazing.

Beautiful property in an ideal setting. Pool was stunning and the accommodation perfect for a family

Brilliant all round. Valarie was very attentive. The owner was responsive and helpful / keen to assist with local knowledge. Ideally located between key towns for a gastronomic delight !

Wonderful Trullo

Beautiful, spacious trullo. Good location between the beautiful towns of Ceglie Messapica & Ostuni. Very rural, peaceful location. Well equipped kitchen, fantastic BBQ. Very helpful property manager and owner, who answered my myriad of questions very promptly. Fantastic infinity pool which was a little cool in late May but I understand the owner is planning on installing a pool heater. Beautiful location amongst olive groves with a pretty garden stocked with fruit trees. 35 minutes from Brindisi airport, an easy drive.

Great Trulli property in a rural location close to shops and towns of interest.

Ideal property to get away from it all. Regional Trulli architecture very nice, pool brilliant and surrounding olive ground spacious. Plenty of Italian food available from local shops or restaurants. Location near coast and towns of interest. Overall relaxing time spent in Apulia.

We love the area because it is private, quiet, peaceful, safe, tranquil, and the neighbours are good.
Our restoration is unique.
There is easy access to all the hustle and bustle of the local towns and the best beach's in Italy. Food and Wine and the local restaurants, the markets, its deep down Real Italy.
Statistics for Puglia show 350,000 foreign visitors last year, 1,650,000 Italian visitors.

What makes this property unique

You will stay in an remarkable restored traditional 200 yr old Trulli villa, with exceptional work from local stone masons, but with all the mod cons delicately included, this type of building is unique in the world to this area (cost us a small fortune) !!
WiFi, (Italian standard is not great), En-suite bathrooms, serious Air-con, monitored alarm system with mobile response, very good kitchen, BBQ , toddler pool, all baby equipment, Private on 6 acres, no light pollution at night,
