Located in 2 km from the centre of the Lloret de Mar, and 8km from Tossa de Mar (one of the most beautiful places on Costa Brava) with stunning sea and mountains views, surrounded by pine trees.

In the bay: fish restaurant, yacht club, diving centre, tennis school. Near one of the best restaurants included in the guide «Michelin».

We spend 2 weeks in this villa in September 2012. It is great time for holidays, because prices for apartments and other facilities are not so high then in high season.
The sea was beautiful, warm and weather also. Less tourist, not so much people on beach.
It is very nice house to stay, it is obvious that it was made for own self, with attention for small details, not just to be equipped for renting.
Polite and attentive owners. It is good to live outside crowded sea resort.

Cones: not easy to get to the beach, and to city by foot. Could be problems with parking in high season, Lloret de mar is to popular.
Benefits: great view, budget vocation, could spend less cooking at home, cheap supermarket is near, Tossa de mar is beautiful!

The villa and my holyday was matched my expectations.
It was quite hard to get to see walking, so I do not recomend if you do not have a car.
I had everything what i need.
