Newly built 3 bedroom villa with its own private pool, conveniently located only a short walk to the centre of Kalkan. The villa is fully furnished and fitted and features a private sea facing roof terrace. Every detail, from the pool layout and design to the roof top terrace, makes it the perfect villa for those looking for a base close to Kalkan yet still retaining their privacy. The front door opens into a large open plan lounge with kitchen to one side and a shower room with WC. French doors open to the pool side and also onto a side patio. The first floor has 2 bedrooms which are both en suite. Top floor has a small bedroom (suitable for children) with en suite bathroom. There is also a roof-top terrace.

Local Support: • Our property is managed by a local company who are there to help you during your holiday.

• You will be provided with their 24h emergency number and (at your request) our local agent will come and visit you.

• We provide detailed driving instructions (with photos and GPS Location) to the property.

• Inside the property is an information book giving useful tips and advice to help you make the most of your holiday and the surrounding area.

Kalkan is a beautiful town with Ottomen era character. Once a Greek fishing village called Kalamaki it is now a delightful holiday resort offering its visitors a wonderful experience of Turkish hospitality. The waterfront has a selection of restaurants and bars to relax & watch the boats in the harbour or you can shop in one of the many shops selling local crafts & designer clothing.
