Great location between San Antonio and Ibiza Town

The 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms / shower rooms are split over two levels. On the ground floor there are five bedrooms, two doubles, one with a double and a single, one with two singles and the other with three singles. Two with fitted wardrobes and one with a sun terrace, there are two large bathrooms / showers, a storeroom and a pantry. On the second floor there is a fully fitted kitchen with a staircase to the garden, a large dining area with a huge sun terrace, and a sitting area with an open fire place with access to more sun terraces.

Above these are two more bedrooms with ensuite facilities and with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed and its very own terrace with incredible views. The second bedroom with a single bed and bunk beds also has its own large terrace and again there are beautiful views. These two bedrooms share a shower room. From both terraces you can enjoy stunning sunsets and sun rises and views of the surrounding countryside.

Nearest supermarket is a 5 min drive and many shops/restaurants etc are in San Antonio just a 10 min drive.

We require a deposit of 25% when confirming a booking, with the balance paid 10 weeks before arrival. We also require a refundable security deposit of £600 which is paid 1 week before arrival and is refunded within 2 weeks after you leave.
