Dairy Barn is a luxury 5* Gold Award 3 bedroom barn conversion on a working farm well known for its conservation and Highland cattle. It offers exceptional comfort with three en-suite bathrooms, a large well equipped kitchen with Aga, separate dining room and spacious sunny lounge with wood-burner fire and SKY TV. It also has a private 2-acre woodland garden. The farm is within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) and offers some of the most magnificent landscapes in the South of England, surrounded by St Martin's Down, South Down and Wroxall Down. There are miles of paths and bridleways across the farm or within a few hundred yards to explore the local countryside on foot, by bike or on horse back. There are four quality Lodden stables, a spacious tack room and a small paddock which can be rented at rates to be negotiated separately. It is a truly idyllic and peaceful setting, yet only a short drive away from the popular beaches of Ventnor, Shanklin and Sandown.

We've really enjoyed our holiday,the location is fabulous- great views over Lucombe down. Dairy barn is so comfortable- we love the kitchen. Many thanks we'd love to come again.

Another lovely holiday our second visit. The cottage is so relaxing and as always it was fab to see the cattle. Thanks to everyone for making us feel so welcome, it almost feels like a second home.

Another hugely enjoyable stay in spite of inclement weather, the Barn is so cosy. We have family locally and everyone loves the Barn.
