SEVI VILLA - LUXURY CONTEMPORARY VILLA SLEEPS 6/8 + COTS WITH BREATHTAKING VIEWS

Cornish Villas are proud to present Sevi Villa a luxury contemporary private & secluded detached Villa with an amazing & very large loft conversion from which to take in the breathtaking views of Hayle, the Estuary, St Ives & beyond. Set in two acres – 1 of lawned garden & 1 of woodland – this is the perfect place to get away from it all. On arrival you will also be welcomed by a selection of Cornish goodies.

The house has an excellent open plan kitchen/ dinning area with seating for 8 people, a wall mounted 42' flat screen TV & a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. A high chair is also available.

Sevi Villa has a comfortable formal sitting room with seating for 8 people, a 42' flat screen TV with Xbox kinnect games console.

All three bedrooms are beautifully decked out like home away from home, each with picture windows overlooking the gardens. Egyptian cotton bedlinen & towels are provided & the house is centrally heated by radiators.

Well behaved dogs are most welcome.

Garden & Dogs: Take a stroll in the grounds at Sevi Villa and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the secret garden and the bluebell wood. We welcome well behaved dogs and we can provide bowls but can you bring your own bed please. The driveway has a gate to allow dogs to have a free run of the grounds. There is parking on the driveway for 4 cars.

Out & About: Sevi Villa pronounced “zev-ee” meaning Strawberries in the Cornish Language is situated on Strawberry Lane. From here can enjoy easy access to the treasures on Cornwall's North and South Cornish coasts – from dining out at Jamie's Fifteen restaurant at Watergate Bay, to enjoying a show at the spectacular Minack Theatre at Porthcurno. Visit Truro for some retail therapy in what has been described as 'the finest example of Georgian architecture west of Bath'. Enjoy a day in the historic harbour of Falmouth and explore the miles to beautiful beaches Cornwall has to offer. Helen is also available for babysitting for an extra charge and prior arrangement will be necessary.

About Helen Harvey

Helen will be pleased to give you a warm welcome to your holiday at Sevi Villa. My husband Julian Harvey is a partner in his family run shellfish business W Harvey & Sons established 1955 in the fishing port of Newlyn. We have two young children and we live just six miles from Hayle in Penzance.

Sevi Villa has the benefit of privacy whilst also being within walking distance of Hayle's amenities and just 1.5 miles 5 minutes drive from Hayle's 3 miles of golden beaches, and only 6 miles 15 minutes drive to St Ives.

What makes this villa unique

We fell in love with Sevi Villa and its garden and woodland when we first viewed it, we couldn't believe what a magical hidden paradise we had found so close to Hayle and St Ives. When you are in the grounds it feels like you are in your own hidden wonderland.

What a beautiful house and garden. Amazing views from the upstairs bedroom, spent many evenings looking out and watched lots of fireworks on bonfire night which is our 3rd wedding anniversary. Amazing garden which our springer spaniel Megg really enjoyed, she will not want to go home, neither will we have had such a great time and the weather has been kind. Your home is in a great location and we will visit you again without a doubt. Your welcome basket was the best we have ever had so a big thank you for that, it was really appreciated. Not seen Felix the pheasant but that may be due to Megg spending so much time in the garden. Look forward to our next visit. Thank you again.

We have just had an amazing week. Such a light, bright & clean house. Garden is to die for, lots of land for playing football with the dog. Great entertainment centre for those wet days. Views from the top bedroom were lovely. Loved the space in the kitchen. Complete home from home with all the little touches. Fabulous welcome pack, only just drank the cider when we got home. I would highly recommend this holiday home.

Great location for exploring West Cornwall

A really comfortable stay. The owners thoughtfulness in small details such as the welcome box and films being available via the media centre made for a lovely surprise. A great facility for rainy days!
There were 3 adults in our party and so more bedrooms available than what was required however bathroom/shower facilities may be restrictive for a larger group (Sevi Villa sleeps 8).
Overall a wonderful week in a large,comfortable and well-equipped property. Ideal location for exploring West Cornwall.

our Sevi Villa holiday

This was our second stay at Sevi Villa and will not be our last. Arriving at Sevi Villa is a joy, it has beautiful grounds which both the dog and ourselves enjoy,even in November and has it's own peace of woodland.From the moment you walk through the door you walk into a beautiful kitchen diner and there you are greeted with a great welcome pack. Sevi Villa is well equipped so there's everything you need. All the rooms are clean, warm and welcoming and comfortable. The bedroom upstairs is lovely with great views especially on a clear day. Hayle itself has plenty of amenities which are only a few minutes drive away. The beach is also only a few minutes drive and well worth a visit. Staying at Sevi Villa is great for visiting many places, it's in a part of Cornwall. I can't praise Sevi Villa enough and would recommend it to family and friend without a doubt. Thankyou for another great stay.

Sanctuary.

This is a truly unique property, once through the gates you feel as if you are in your own private sanctuary. The garden is huge and has many paths and hidden alcoves making it great for children to play in.

Our grandaughter loved to stroke the friendly horses that often came to hang their head over the fence from the nieghbouring field.

The kitchen and dining area are spacious and comfortable and everything is well thought out making this a very comfortable and relaxing place to spend a holiday in Corwall.

There is a view from the upstairs window that goes all the way to the sea across rolling country side.

Hayle itself is a pleasant place and the beaches are simply stunning.
There are some nice places to eat including, in my view anyway, the best fish and chip restaurant on the planet. Don't hesitate to try Sanders in Foundry square.

We had a really nice family holiday in Hayle and Julian and Helen (proprietors) are really lovely and obliging people.

A clean, well maintained house with everything you need and loads of space to make you feel at home. The garden and wood were a real bonus for our two border terriers. Sevi Villa is a great base for south Cornwall, there are plenty of super markets nearby and I can recommend the vets in Hayle. We met Helen during the week when she came to cut the lawn. She's a very nice person who was pleasant and helpful both before and during our holiday.

Sevi Villa has the benefit of privacy whilst also being within walking distance of Hayle's amenities and just 1.5 miles (5 mins) drive from Hayle's 3 miles of golden beaches – including Gwithian which is loved by surfers and is also an excellent viewing point for the much photographed Godrevy Lighthouse. Hayle also has excellent access to stunning coastal paths and dog friendly beaches for our furry friends too! The amenities, including pubs, restaurants and supermarkets, are a 5-10 minute walk from Strawberry Lane. Paradise Park is an excellent family day out in Hayle where you can come face to face with exotic birds and animals, and the children can play in the Jungle barn. St Ives is only a only 6 miles 15 minutes drive away or a short train ride from Lelant (probably the best scenic train ride in country!) and boasts stunning beaches, excellent restaurants and of course the many art galleries including the Tate and the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden.
