Living room: Double sofa bed (sleeps up to 2)

The nearest tube station is Queens Park on the Bakerloo Line (10 minute walk).

It takes 8 minutes on the tube from Queens Park to Paddington and 15 minutes to Oxford Circus or Picadilly Circus and London's West End.

From Queens Park station you can also catch a London Overground train to Euston (5 minutes)

If you want to be picked up by taxi or mini-van from the airport, I can pre-book this for you with a local company and it will be cheaper than catching a taxi when you arrive

Fantastic House!

I stayed here with my family in August 2014 for a week. It was perfect for our group of 7 (4 adults and 3 children). The house is very clean and comfortably furnished, great sized rooms and located in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood close to shops and tube stations. It is really easy to get in to central London to see all the tourist sites.

The house was equipped with everything we needed for the stay – a well-appointed kitchen, good washer/dryer, plenty of beds and wifi.
Having Queens Park and lovely cafes located within an easy walk was also a bonus!

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation to other visitors. The booking process with Jane is efficient and secure and she provides great instructions for getting the most out of the house. Thank you for a wonderful stay Jane!

Amazing house!!

The house is amazing and spacious, as it is listed. It has everything we need and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. It is very convenient and just 10 minute walk to the tube station.

The rooms are spacious and clean. We are a group of 4 adults and 2 children so the layout is just perfect for us. With children, we cook breakfast n sometimes dinner and the kitchen has all the amenities needed.

We would recommend this house to others especially with children.

Perfect for our family of 7 adults for 2 weeks

The house was exactly as described in the listing, very clean and neat and every little detail was thought out from detergent for the washing machine, to extra duvet covers! Located on a quite dead end street within walking distance to a good grocery store. Great area for relaxing after days of sight-seeing and close to the Tube stop. Well-equipped kitchen and washer and dryer were very convenient. Jane was extremely helpful with house details as well as local information. She even arranged our transport to and from Heathrow. We used the Tube, train and taxi for 2 weeks and did great without a car. We enjoyed many great sights in London from Westminster Abbey to the British Museum as well as several day trips to Greenwich, Dover, Bath, Stonehenge, Highclere Castle in Newbury & Warner Bros. Harry Potter Sound Stage at Leavsden. I would highly recommend this home for families on holiday!

An Oasis in London

This rental property turned out to be so much better than we could have ever imagined. It was perfectly situated in a quiet neighbourhood and a stone's throw from great restaurants, coffee shops, the Queen's Park tube station, post office and many other amenities.
Were were a family of eight and able to relax, eat and sleep in total comfort. The bedrooms were lovely, the house was spotless, there was a cute little garden, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities with supplies, 2 TVs, wifi (!!!), some books and games and even a hair dryer!. The owner had left some fresh milk and jam for us, along with plenty of tea, sugar and other basics, and that was such a welcoming touch that we all got off to a wonderful start!
We will definitely stay there again.

Great find!

Great house with easy access to city. Great hosts as everything was thought of. Baby crib was set up, hight chair in the kitchen, plenty of towels, soap in bathrooms and kitchen, milk in the fridge, and guidebooks available to read. The rooms had big beds had great linen and were fairly comfy.

The location was about 20 min by tube to the city. The station (queens park) had very friendly workers and got to know us after 2 days. Never had to wait more than 5 mon for a train. The walk to the station was a good 10 min even with 3 kids. Not bad and lots of shops and food places on the main roads.

Over all a great place, my kids already want to go back. The only negative is the steep staircase which was a bit scary for our kids, it worked out though we just used a few things around the house to block our toddler in the living room so we had no falls. A child gate would be an easy fix.

Parking was no issue, the parallel parking on the street was a bit tight but standard for Europe as a whole. We never touched our car, public transport is th way to go!

I highly recommend this property. Jane was great, answered all our questions, and everything was exactly as advertised! Can't wait for our next visit, we had 5 but there is room for way more!

The house is in a very quiet, tree-lined cul de sac so there is no passing traffic noise!

The nearest Tube station (10 minute walk) is Queens Park on the Bakerloo Line (Zone 2). By Tube it takes 8 minutes to reach Paddington and 15 minutes to Oxford Circus or Picadilly Circus.
