This is an exceptional sea view villa set on the hill side over looking excellent panoramic sea views. yet only 5/10 minutes drive from the bustling beaches and bars of Javea. traditional finca styled villa with stunning sea & mountains views . It is completely private , fully fenced & gated .

It is in a quiet residential area but only 5 mins away from beaches, bars , restaurants & shops , including The Arenal , a popular & lively sandy beach,child friendly & with many facilities.

There are two large nayas , one open & one covered . The top naya leads off the kitchen. It has an integral BBQ & is a perfect space for outside dinning .

One can also relax on the downstairs naya, enjoying the same views but with shade .

It has a large infinity pool (10x5m)( walk in Steps ) with generous sunbathing areas .

This villa is a finca style and has all the facilities needed for a wonderful relaxing holiday. It is in a quiet residential area. set on 2 floors .

One enters the villa at road level where there is a spacious open plan lounge, dinning area & kitchen, all with fantastic sea views.

1 bedroom on this level with a super king size bed & separate family bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Downstairs are 3 further bedrooms , the master bedroom with super king sized bed & ensuite shower room , 2 with twin beds & separate shower rooms.

All have patio doors . There is also a utility room on this level .

level 1:

Lounge has fantastic sea view with TV free view + DVD plus Wi-Fi , open fire.

Dining area leads to a big terrace eating area overlooking the sea.

Kitchen has all modern equipment Dish washer , fridge freezer , oven ,hob , microwave,

Master bed room on this level( large king size bed ) with family bathroom next door with bath and shower above.

level 2 :

Stairs lead down from the lounge to 3 more large master bedrooms with 3 shower rooms .

All bedrooms on this level have patio doors leading to the outside pool area .

2 bedrooms have single beds the other master has extra large king size bed with en-suite .

Plenty of parking outside the villa.

Local restaurants and bars and supermarket are only a 15 minute walk from the villa ,

. It is only a 5 minute car ride away to The Arenal beach, restaurants, bars and shops, and a lively Arenal

Local beaches are on your door step ,Cap Negre. Portichol , Grandella , Ambola .

It is child friendly, the villa is suitable for children, under 5 yr olds need careful supervision on Terrace & pool levels.

"Nous avons passé des vacances formidables dans la Casa Nous étions adultes et 2 enfants et cela n'a pas posé de probléme, l'agencement de la villa est fait de façon à ce que chacun puisse aussi avoir un coin d'intimité. Que de bon moment dans le jardin et la piscine avec cette vue fantastique à 360°. Le poolhouse est parfait pour passer de bons moments en famille et amis autour du barbecue où nous avons passé 75% de notre temps. La prestation est de trés bonne qualité, rien à dire de plus. A noter une trés bonne réactivité de l'agence pour répondre à nos questions sur place et une parfaite discretion des hommes d'entretien !

En resumé : merci de nous avoir permis de passer des vacances exceptionnelles

Great place, as describe, well appointed, more like home from home, rather than a holiday home.
Accomodation was good and spacious, clean, tidy and well presented.
Garden and pool area flat and level, lots of loungers etc, plenty of shade.
Outside BBQ are is made for the long summer nights.
Car needed, good ten minutes down to beach area and supermarkets, but worthwhile, plenty of bars and restaurants.
Velencia only an hour away and worth a visit.
We will be going back.

Bar 121 and Montgo are well a worth a visit plus and la ermita Supermarket which is just down the road and great for BBQ meats.

Javea is situated on the most easterly point on Mainland Spain at the northern end of the Costa Blanca, approximately 100 km from Valencia and 90 kms from Alicante. The coastline has scenic rocky coves, wonderful beaches and dramatic cliffs. Javea has been voted environmentally near perfect by the World Health Organisation and boasts 320 days of sunshine a year! Javea can be divided into three main areas, the Old Town, the Port and the Arenal.

Old Town. This is the ancient town centre steeped in medieval history which has largely been preserved throughout the centuries. Here you can wander through the maze of narrow streets and small plazas. The Gothic fortified church of San Bartolome dominates the centre of the town. This building dates back to the 15th century, half religious half military. At the side of the church is a beautiful Neo Gothic building which houses the indoor market where you can buy local fresh produce daily. The colourful outdoor market takes place every Thursday.
