This apartment was just perfect for us. A few minutes to the centre, nice little garden + pool, everything clean and modern and a "101 Dalmatines" Video for the Kids. We enjoyed our holiday much and expect to come again!

Two Fantastic Weeks in a Fantastic Apartment

We stayed for two weeks in August 2012. The apartment was fantastic and exactly as described and felt like a real home from home. There was plenty of space for the three of us in the apartment which is extremely well kept and has everything that is needed for a relaxing break. Our 5 year old daughter loved the swimming pool, which is located in wonderful landscaped gardens. The apartment itself has its own private garden and terrace where we spent most of our days. The beach and all necessary amenities are very close by and the centre of Juan les Pins is only a 5 minute walk away.

We found the owner, Mamta, an absolute joy to deal with and she was very helpful throughout, even leaving lots of useful local information for us at the apartment. The attention to detail and the personal level of service is second to none. We were met upon arrival by the local agent who was always on hand to help out with anything that was needed. The apartment has a secure parking space, but you do not need a car as the train station is only a few minutes walk away.

All in all the apratment is superb. We have rented many apartments but this one, by far, offered everything that we needed for a fantastic holiday. In fact we loved it so much we are going back again next year.

Simply Splendid

This is a wonderful place. The apartment is well-situated for walking into both resorts and the nearby beaches, shops and restaurants. There is a lovely pool which is in sun until late evening and a south facing patio area which has very comfortable sunbeds and seating area. The garden is very pretty and leads to the pool. The interior of the apartment is also very pleasant and maintained to a high standard. It is suitable for a couple but would be fine for a small family. There is a well-equipped kitchen and the atmosphere in the apartment is very much that of a home. It is warm and welcoming. The bedroom is very pretty.
The apartment is also very well situated in terms of walking to the many nearby public beaches which are very pleasant and suitable for all ages. You really do not need a car as public transport is excellent. The trains and buses make the coast really easy to visit. Menton is a must see village.
The owner makes herself available by text and phone during your stay and there is a concierge who is very helpful.
We would recommend this place without reservation.

Appartement plein de charme

Nous avons passé un mois merveilleux dans cet appartement de JLP. L'intérieur est tout à fait chaleureux et fonctionnel et tous les détails garantissant une qualité de vie 5 étoiles sont au rendez-vous: cuisine ultra fonctionnelle, rangements plus que suffisants, ambiance, lit (double) confortable, salle de bain séparée de la toilette, internet qui fonctionne parfaitement, système de son et télévision à la fine pointe, chauffage pour les soirées plus fraîches. Nous avons grandement apprécié le magnifique jardin aménagé par Mamta qui prolonge l'intérieur vers l'extérieur et la terrasse permettant de pratiquer tai-chi et yoga. Nous avons aussi beaucoup utilisé le tennis mais pas la piscine, l'eau étant trop fraîche en mai. Un autre hit: la proximité de la gare (8 minutes à pied) d'où nous avons pu prendre le train pour découvrir tous les trésors de la Côte d'Azur à un coût dérisoire avec la carte Zou. Nous avons aussi apprécié la proximité d'épiceries et d'une succursale Picard où la cuisine française surgelée mais gastronomique permet de se concocter dans un temps record de petits plats mémorables. Je recommande cet appartement sans réserve.

we have just returned from a fabulous holiday in juan les pins. Mamta's apartment was lovely, we really felt we lived there by the end of the week and didnt want to leave! the beaches and surrounding areas were stunning. there was lots to do and the apartment was ideally situated for both the train station and the beaches, the best of both worlds. we would definately love to go back.
