Beautiful apartment with a big terrace. Modern and comfortable.

Our beautiful 50 m2 apartment, is very comfortable and ideal for groups and families. Located near the beach and right next all the “must see” places in the Gothic Quarter. From the terrace you can enjoy meals with a fantastic view of the centre and the cathedral. Camera security within the building.

WALKING ACCESS: Right next to the metro, the gorgeous cathedral Santa María Del Mar, and many designer shops as well as restaurants and cafes // 5 minutes to Las Ramblas // 8 minutes to the main shopping street Passeig De Graçia (brands such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, etc) and Plaça Catalunya// 15 minutes to Barceloneta beach.

BY METRO: 1 stop to Barceloneta Beach 2 stops to the Olympic Villa, Las Ramblas, Passeig De Graçia and Plaça Catalunya// 5 stops to Sagrada Familia// 6 stops to Parc Guell // 7 stops to Montjuic.

My favorite aspects were the location, efficiency, proximity to taxi, bank, metro,bakery and market. IT was perfect! We did not use the roof garden but it looked great. Your Philippino maintenance man was wonderful!!

Nos hemos alojado en este apartamento 4 personas y todos estamos realmente contentos de haber decidido alojarnos en él. La situación, el propio apartamento y el trato con la persona encargada ha sido excelente. No dudamos repetir la experiencia en el mismo lugar!!

I just wanted to say that we had a wonderful week staying here. The apartment was plenty big enough, clean, adequately equipped and had good sized balcony. Recomend.
