The Hummelhofpark with the „Wellness-Oasis Hummelhof“ and the psychiatric clinic Linz are only a few minutes’ walk away. Due to its convenient location, the apartment is also suited for long-term stays.

This holiday apartment is ideally suited for guests (children are welcome) who want to explore the central area of Linz, as well as the surroundings, e.g. the St. Florian's Priory, Enns, Bad Hall, Kremsmünster… It is also perfect as a base for business-guests, as it is very conveniently located for public transport. Especially if you visit Linz for business reasons, you will appreciate the short driving distances to many of the big companies. At the same time, the use of public transport makes for attractive rides.
