Apartment for 2-14 people, new construction, panoramic views, great hiking trails ,.

Our apartment is located at about 700 meters above sea level in a very sunny and quiet location, directly at the Zillertal High Road. Our new building (2010) was fitted to the old farmhouse and offers a variety of options:

You have a beautiful view of the valley and the mountains. We have a small farm and have a large vegetable garden, which is to serve the distillery. You are welcome to our home-burned 'Long Shot' taste directly in our cozy, built on old garden shed.

In summer and in winter go away from our house numerous hiking and walking opportunities and in winter the ski slope is just around the corner. The bus stop is located directly on the street of the house and the bus leads directly to the ski Horberg or into the valley, and from there you can reach the various base stations of Kaltenbach-cell Hainzenberg-Horberg Mayrhofen.

Also right on the farm, you have to admire a lot: Deer gate, 2 Gorgeous Blondes (Haflinger), a very trusting hound 'Bari' and our two small fish ponds, which give trout and char their home.

To reach the valley you can take a 10 minute walk by to do their daily shopping to do. Bread service can be arranged upon request.

We are a family and we would be delighted to welcome you with us

Our apartment is about 100 m² and is located on the ground floor (floor plan Part 1 + Part 2 = an apartment), it offers sleeping accommodation for 2-14 persons.

(Upon request, one or the other rooms be booked)

The kitchen is very modern and fully equipped among other things with all cooking utensils such as 4 burner stove, oven, dishwasher, micro wave oven, cooker hood, sink, refrigerator, pots and pans, coffee maker, dishes and cutlery, kettle, toaster, hob and casserole dishes, ... etc .

So all you will need.

The old wood table crafted by hand with corner and Vorbank from solid spruce wood, to show you that we have made a lot of hassle and that you can make yourself comfortable with us and feel at home.

Even our beds and cabinets are hand made and natural.

Furthermore, this apartment has a very large 40 m² sun terrace with additional balcony where

You have a wonderful panoramic view of the valley and the mountains. (South side)

Bed linen, towels, tea towels and table linen we provide for you.

Our bathrooms are all equipped very spacious with modern bathroom facilities.

For hygiene reasons we decided not to tile and grout.
