Our farm is an oasis and is located on the sunny side of Ortisei in Val Gardena and the optimal mix between tranquility and proximity to the attractions.

Surrounded by flowering meadows and forests to reach the quiet courtyard and where the imposing and magnificent Langkofelgruppe you will amaze.

In the new 65sqm beautifully decorated apartment you can sleep late, relax, and after a good night is the first ray of sunshine in the morning to welcome and invite you to get up. Now you can enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings and listen to your sounds of nature.

After a day full of exciting experiences on the many hiking trails, mountain hikes and well-groomed ski slopes, up to 6 people leave everyday life behind and relax in the cozy living room with a book or a good movie. If you like to cook, this is in the very well equipped kitchen a breeze. From 4 hotplates, coffee maker, blender, toaster etc., etc., everything is available to serve on the dining table a delicious meal. In the meantime, men and children can deliver on the table football a slush. The losers have to line up for kitchen duty. You can find a good nights sleep in the spacious bedroom with double bed made of solid wood in natural spruce and natural wood floors made of larch; in the background a centuries-old building, which will seduce you for a moment in the past. For this purpose, a sofa bed with mattress for two people and a walk-in closet.

While you freshen up, you offset the morning air that passes through the window bathing the interior in good spirits and animated on nature experiences.

We would be pleased to welcome and meet and wish you a good trip.

Our sun facing situated farm is situated at 1500m above sea level surrounded by meadows and forests. We are a livestock holding operation with cows, calves, hens, cats and donkeys and try the yard very close to nature to manage.

We are located in the hamlet of St. Jakob above the village of Ortisei in Val Gardena. An ideal starting point for numerous walks and unforgettable mountain and skiing in the Dolomites.

As in summer and in winter there is, 3 min. from our house, a City-or ski bus, which always get you to the village center with all lifts with connection to the famous Sella Ronda, the Seiser Alm and Seceda.

Ideal for families, seniors and couples:

A cozy outdoor seating area invites you to relax, read a good book or enjoy the unique sunset.

Sonnig und familienfreundlich

Wir haben als Familie mit zwei Jungs (8 und 10 Jahre alt) eine Woche auf dem Hof Pedracia verbracht. Wir genossen sowohl die ruhige Lage als auch die schöne Terrasse, die bis in die Abendstunden letzte Sonnenstrahlen im Grödnertal abbekommt. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf den Langkofel ist faszinierend. Der Standort eignet sich gut, um Wandertouren direkt von zu Hause zu beginnen.
Unsere Kinder waren begeistert, selbst gemähtes Heu direkt an die Tiere im Stall verfüttern zu dürfen. Die Tierfütterung war um 18:30 Uhr fester Bestandteil im Tagesablauf. Zusätzlich war Tischfussball auf der Terrasse der absolute Renner. Familie Insam ist sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit.

Urlaubstraum

Wir (Paar, 45+), haben hier einen traumhaft erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Das Appartement ist in einem tadellosen Zustand. Alles war blitzsauber und auf modernstem Stand. Die Vermieter sind eine ganz herzliche Familie. Wir haben gute Tipps für Ausflüge bekommen, durften die köstlichen Eier der glücklichen Hühner verspeisen und haben uns rundum sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Für Wanderungen eignet sich Pedracia hervorragend. Wir sind zu drei Touren direkt vom Haus aus gestartet. Auch Bozen, Brixen und das wunderschöne Klausen (mein Favorit !) sind nicht weit. Wein und gutes Essen gibt es unweit in St. Ulrich. Und abends ist es herrlich ruhig und fern von allem Trubel mit dem märchenhaften Ausblick auf Lang- und Plattkofel. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super Ferienwohnung!

Wir haben im März 2014 eine Woche Winterurlaub in der FeWo "Pavel" verbracht. Die Unterkunft war eine der schönsten, die wir bisher kennenlernen durften!

+ groß und geräumig! 2 Schlafzimmer, geräumige Wohnküche, großes Bad und Balkon bieten mehr als genug Platz für 4 Personen.
+ helle und freundliche Einrichtung, schöne Holzböden.
+ geräumiges Bad mit komfortabler Dusche, alles sauber und ordentlich.
+ wunderschöner Ausblick vom Balkon
+ ruhige Lage, aber dennoch nahe am Ort (<10 min mit dem Auto zum Lift, Skibus braucht etwas länger. Haltestelle 5 Gehminuten vom Haus)
+ sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter.

Alles in Allem eine tolle Ferienwohnung mit super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis!

PEDRACIA FOR EVER !!!

La scelta di voler trascorrere 1 settimana di vacanza presso il "Pedracia" non ha deluso le nostre aspettative. Il soggiorno è stato incantevole poiché questo splendido maso di montagna è situato nel punto più panoramico del paese. E' un posto paradisiaco, giunti a destinazione siamo rimasti affascinati dinanzi allo spettacolo naturale che si presentava ai nostri occhi, infatti da qui si può ammirare il Sassolungo in tutta la sua imponenza e bellezza. L'ospitalità è stata impeccabile, la signora Insam gentilissima e cortese ci ha messo a disposizione un appartamentino molto grazioso e romantico, accessoriato e curato nei minimi particolari, ideale per una coppia che vuole godersi un posticino tranquillo a contatto con la natura e un po' fuori dal centro abitato. L'appartamento gode di un' ottima esposizione panoramica e persino attraverso la piccola finestra della nostra camera, sia al risveglio che prima di addormentarci, rivolgevamo lo sguardo sul Sassolungo che era sempre lì pronto a farci l'occhiolino e offrirci la sua compagnia. Anche per chi vuole vivacizzare la propria vacanza la vallata offre tante alternative. Siamo rimasti molto gratificati da questa vacanza portando a casa un dolcissimo ricordo con la speranza di poter tornare e rivivere una nuova esperienza in questo posto bellissimo, ci piacerebbe molto in estate......chissà !!! Schöne Aussicht garantiert

Wir haben 13 Tage im Appartment Pavel verbracht. Der Pedracia-Hof liegt in einem kleinen sonnigen Weiler oberhalb von St. Ulrich. Dort kann man den hektischen Alltag schnell vergessen. Wenn wir von unseren Wanderungen gekommen sind, die wir größtenteils direkt vom Haus aus beginnen konnten, haben wir uns auf den Balkon gesetzt und die späte Nachmittagssonne und den wunderschönen Blick auf den Langkofel und das Grödner Tal genossen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Besonders haben uns die hochwertigen Türen, Böden und Möbel aus massivem Holz und die schönen Außenanlagen gefallen.
Familie Insam ist sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich und hat uns des öfteren mit frischen Eiern ihrer Hühner versorgt.
Als Restaurant-Tipp können wir den Gasthof Stua Catores (liegt auf dem Weg von St. Ulrich zur Wohnung) empfehlen. Dort gibt es zwar keine große Speisekarte, aber leckere Tiroler Küche zu günstigen Preisen. Wer gerne Pizza ist, kommt im L' Fudle in St. Christina auf jeden Fall auf seine Kosten.
Wenn das Wetter für Wanderungen im Hochgebirge mal nicht so gut war, sind wir ins Eisacktal gefahren (z. B. Kastanienweg ab Klausen) oder nach Bozen, Meran (Waalwege) und Brixen. Wir waren begeistert davon, wie viele Möglichkeiten Südtirol bietet.
Es ist uns richtig schwergefallen, unser gemütliches Nest im Pedracia-Hof zu verlassen und wieder in den Alltag zurückzukehren.

Wir verbrachten zwei phantastische Wochen in dieser gemütlichen, wunderschönen und sehr gepflegten Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieter waren ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns sehr praktisch: Vom Haus aus kann man verschiedene Wandertouren starten.

The main town of Ortisei (1263m) at Talbeginn offers a pedestrian area with stylish shopping, hiking trails, museums, Luis Trenker- promenade and numerous events in the sign of culture and tradition. Worth seeing are the architecture of the town with its courtyards and well preserved for 100 years, buildings in the town center and the St. James Church. The church wonderfully located amidst a glade of St. Jacob, the motifs usually depicted is far and wide, it may well represent the absolute country sheep union and cultural and historical highlight of a visitor in St. Ulrich's environment. Underneath runs past a beautiful walkway, to the ancient courtyards.
