My Pool Villa's are known for their cleanliness. I live around the corner and keep a very good eye on my rentals.
I'm German, and we love it very clean and organized!

Beautiful, natural and pristine beaches are only a short distance away from our Pool Villa. Venice is an exotic small cute little town for beach lovers.

Our remodeled, contemporary decorated Pool Villa - is simply the best! The house is centrally located but the quiet surroundings will impress you.

Enjoy the gorgeous heated pool with separately heated spa and the wonderful outside patio space, which is peacefully nestled in a tropical private back yard, all fenced in - it will be one of your favorite spots!

The well equipped, state of the art kitchen makes meal preparation an ease. After an eventful day you will find restful sleep on our new mattresses. Even your car can enjoy a secure rest in our over sized garage which can be opened automatically.

Excellent standard of quality and cleanliness!

Have spent many a vacation in the area, and this villa outshines the ones we've previously stayed in! Gerty warmly welcomed us when we arrived, to this high standard of quality and furnishings. Relaxed and felt at home immediately! Sorry to leave and can't wait to return😊

Fantastic property in great location

Everything about this villa was faultless, including the booking process and contact from the owner. It is immaculately clean and beautifully presented with top quality furnishings and fittings. The location is ideal - quiet and restful with Venice a short drive away and the private beach also on the doorstep. The added touches of bikes, ferry pass to the beach, portable sunchairs and equipment for the beach. plus Netflix for the kids was much appreciated! We would have no hesitation in highly recommending this property and we are hoping we will be fortunate enough to pay it a second visit in the next few years! Many thanks Gerty and Mike for the care and attention you gave us.

Very nice

We were there for 40 days, everything was really nice. Michelle met us when we checked in, and explained everything to us. We didn’t know that we were over a flight pattern from a private airport, so that got kind of loud. We did have a problem with the pool, but Robert the owner was great and tried to help with the situation. When we booked the house, we didn’t know it was very far everything, but we dealt with the situation. Overall, the villa was very nice , and we had a great time. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items needed. Thanks for having us!
