The apartments are located in the countryside, in a very quiet and sunny location on the edge of the forest with unparalleled views of St. Ulrich and the surrounding Dolomites (Seceda, Pic, Sasso Lungo, Ciampinoi, Alpe di Siusi, Puflatsch, etc) as well as from the noise from the main road.

If you require a cot, so we like to make it available for you. For families with small children, we can offer a babysitting service.

BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT

We had a wonderful ski-holiday in this beautiful apartment. The apartment is spacious and clean and has everything you wish for. It lies just outside the centre of the village so you can enjoy the quietness and beautiful surroundings. The skibus stops in front of the apartment and takes you to the centre of town and the ski lift. So you can park your car in the garage and you don't have to use it.
There were 4 of us so we had enough space, 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room has a small couch and a dining area. And last but not least the beautiful view!!

ERHOLSAMER URLAUB IM SONNIGEN GRÖDNERTAL

Dank der Top Lage, hat man vom Objekt ein wunderbares Panorama. Man ist weitab vom Straßenlärm, weit oberhalb von St. Ulrich. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Sämtliches Geschirr und Küchengeräte sind vorhanden. Mit der vorhandenen Waschmaschine konnten wir täglich unsere Radsport-Klamotten waschen. Der Empfang durch die Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und auch an den darauffolgenden Tagen wurden wir gut betreut. Umfangreiches Kartenmaterial mit Wander- und Biketips liegen für die Gäste bereit. Diese Ferienwohnung können wir ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen

Wir können uns den Kommentaren der anderen Besucher nur anschließen. Auch wir haben eine herrliche Winterwoche in den Dolomiten verlebt und dazu hat die schöne Ferienwohnung mit den netten Vermietern, die ruhige Lage und gute Skibusanbindung neben der grandiosen Natur und demm super Wetter eine besondere Rolle gespielt. Alos auch von uns ein sehr empfehlenswert.

FAMILY VACATION

The house is new, tidy and nice. It's very good for 6 people, or 6 grown-ups and a kid. The area is beautiful. The house is away from the city center, but there is a regular bus, the stop is right in front of the house. House has all the necessary facilities for cooking, washing, etc. and a garage. The owner is very nice and helpful. Perfect place for a family winter vacation in the mountains.
