BENEVENTO is located in a south-facing slope. You enter the house forth from the large terrace and goes directly to the ground floor with a very spacious living area, a living room with fireplace, sitting area and pool table, a dining room with a massive antique wooden table and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove with oven, double sink and refrigerator. In the kitchen there is a second open fireplace ideal for grilling.
The ground floor is bright and spacious with large brick arches, kept open without constricting walls. From the kitchen, as well as from the living room opens directly onto the patio and sun terrace. It is covered on one side and has a dining area with great views, ideal for breakfast or dinner outside.
The nearest village POPPI, with its winding streets, is only a few miles away. In Ponte a Poppi Poppi and there are all the shops, several good restaurants and sidewalk cafes, a pizzeria, a weekly market, post office and bank.
The large terrace with seating, front of the house, you have a magnificent view of the surrounding fields, meadows and hill crests. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a large living room with fireplace. 8-12 people here really comfortably. The perfect place for a family that wants to be completely undisturbed while but not too far away from civilization.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each with two double beds and one with two single beds which can be provided on request on together. There is a laundry room with washing machine and iron. The house has plenty of space, especially to promote the outdoors. Pets are allowed. A swimming area on the river (Angeln!) is near. A horse riding can be reached in 10 minutes. A paradise for mountain bikers!
The house is tastefully decorated, some with antique furniture, lots of pictures and works of art. The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and oven. All crockery and pots are abundant. The house has satellite TV.
Next door, just 5 meters from the main house and connected by a common patio with him, there are three further bedrooms. Available with double beds or 2 single beds Through the large windows you have a wonderful view into the wide green valley to the Castle of Poppi.
