A 130 m2 lonely apartment, quiet location with a big garden approx. 400m distance to the sea. The house is for private use in the greenery, fully fenced where you can enjoy full freedom and peace. Single storey house has: 4 bedrooms, out of which 2 are with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a kid’s room with bunk bed, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilette, separate kitchen, a dining area with a large dining table. Living room with LCD-TV, SAT, CD, SD, USB radio... Bed linens and dish towels are inclusive. A big patio overlooking greenery and the nearby town Medulin. A pavilion with a stone barbecue, outdoor shower, trampoline for adults and kids, sun loungers, hammocks, bicycles and much more free to use! Parking space in garden. Beautiful beaches in close proximity - with the free choice of gravel, sand, rocky beaches reachable in few minutes.

Medulin is a small town on the southern tip of Istria and is admired mainly for its sandy beach (ideal for children). There are numerous Restaurants, cafes, bars and small shops in Medulin. Family Park is very popular. You can do so many things like: horseback riding,cycling,diving,Tennis,Golf,water sports,flight tours,boat trips and many more.

The National Park Kamenjak lies right across with many swimming facilities (sand, gravel and rocky beaches). The old town Pula is approx. 6km, where you can find the Roman city (amphitheatre, Golden gate, castle...). There is also a lot to see from Austrian monarchy period.
