A lovely ground floor south west facing apartment with 2 terraces situated in private gardens . This 2 bedroom,sleeping FOUR 2 bathroom apartment is fully furnished to meet your needs with marble flooring throughout. There is hot-cold air conditioning, SKY TV/DVD player, iron, ironing board and hair-dryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven, hob, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen also leads to a private back garden which has a large terrace with dining table & sun loungers.

Inside the apartment is a double bedroom with en-suite, patio doors leading to the front terrace with table & chairs, The second bedroom has twin beds with views to the back garden. Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes. Linen, towels & beach towels are all provided.

The lounge has two settees, dining table & has patio doors leading onto the front terrace which overlooks the pool. Lift access to underground car parking.

OUR STAY AT COSTALITA DEL SOL

We had a very nice time at your apartment which was immaculate and has very nice gardens. It was in a great location with easy access to the pool and the lift down to the car park right outside your apartment. The whole area was very nice, and very peaceful. The beach was only a five minute walk with nice beach bars, There was a fantastic choice or resturants not too far away and the village of Cancelada was just a 10 minute walk.

I would recommend your apartment to my friends and the location was just perfect for us.

Will stay again.

Costalita is an Urbanizacion (development) by developer Urbis on the Costa Del Sol, Spain, between San Pedro and Estepona. From Costalita, Malaga and Gibraltar airports are just 45 minutes away, Marbella Old town, 15 minutes and Puerto Banus is just 10 minutes away (all by road). Costalita is on the beach, and consists of apartment blocks and town houses, with several independent communities operating. The buildings are characterized by classic Spanish architecture, typical of the region and all with beautiful landscaped gardens designed by award winning garden designers.

Within walking distance is the pretty town of Cancelada and the Benavista area which has full amenities including several excellent restaurants and bars, a large supermarket, bank and pharmacy.

Just 7Km is the small mountain village of Benahavis which is well worth a visit and has many restaurants and bars. There are also several golf courses within the Costalita area.
