Simply the optimal location with the central position in Andräviertel near Mirabell Gardens. All attractions are reachable within few minutes of walking distance, as well as to the train station with link to the airport, trade fair / exhibition centre, etc. it is not far.

Nearby, there is the Salzburg Schrannenmarkt, the pedestrian area Linzergasse, Mozart's residence, University Mozarteum, Mirabell Palace and Mirabell Gardens and Kapuzinerberg.

Generally Andräviertel with its boulevards, shops and restaurants, multi-family houses of turn of the century and the classic, central residential area of Salzburg. You can not live any closer to the downtown than this. Shopping, recreational and cultural activities are also accordingly urban.

Tip: every Thursday the people in Salzburg and their guests meet at the Schranne, a colourful market in front of St. Andrä.

Lovely Apartment in the Perfect Position

We were a large family group of 9 and we very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment.
There was a lot of good communication from the owners from the time we made our initial booking enquiry until we were checking out. The apartment is very clean, modern, spacious and very comfortable. All that we required in terms of our stay was provided. We shopped daily for our food and cooked/ate in the apartment each evening. There were more than enough cups, glasses, plates, dishes, pans and utensils. We had no problems cooking and cleaning up for our large family group (with or without the dishwasher).
We liked the fact that it was central and in Salzburg this meant that we could walk everywhere we wanted to visit without difficulty. In addition, one of the main tour bus operators (a Sound of Music tour is a must!) is located opposite the Mirabell Palace which is just a few minutes walk from the apartment.
Grocery shopping is available nearby. There are also lots of nearby cafes, restaurants and bars. A particular favourite bar of ours was Charlies Stube along Franz Joseph Strasse- a very friendly bar.
I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to all you travellers out there. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing apartment in Salzburg!

We were absolutely amazed by the quality of this apartment! First, the owner was very congenial and so easy to book with, I will absolutely seach for his properties in other cities we travel to. We checked in with Daniel, who was very thorough in explaining everything and very courteous, showed us where to park our car, where the grocery was, gave us some local advice. The apartment is amazing - three huge bedrooms with very comfortable beds and plenty of closet space. There are two separate WC's and two separate bathrooms (shower/sink/washer) so no one had to wait on the facilities. The shower was just amazing with the different jets. The entire apartment is sleek and modern. The kitchen had plenty of storage space, lots of plates, cups, etc, and an amazing coffee maker that I would never expect to find in a rental apartment! This apartment was close to all the sights, we walked everywhere and left our car parked for the days we were there. If you're looking for an apartment , you won't find a better place in Salzburg!

The city of Salzburg represents one of the most beautiful spots on earth that you can find in Europe, which also found international recognition with the nomination of World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1997. River Salzach divides Salzburg divides into two halves, where impressive buildings are found on both sides.

On the left side is the Hohensalzburg Castle, the cathedral, the royal residency, seminary St. Peter. With the remarkable cemetery, St. Francis Church, University Church and the festival district with large festival hall and House for Mozart as well as the Rock Riding School.

On the right side, you should not miss Mirabell Palace with the romantic Mirabell Gardens and St. Sebastian's Church, with its beautiful cemetery. Somewhat outside of the town is the Hellbrunn Palace with its Trick Fountains and zoo.

Be enchanted by Salzburg in any season, whether enjoying art during the festival season, shopping, walking or coffee visit ... it's worth it!
