About this property

Nice cozy holiday home with 3 spacious bedrooms .600 sqm garden.
2 bedrooms are located i. First floor (including children's room) and the bathroom (with bath / shower and toilet). The bathroom was completely renovated in March 2018!
1 bedroom (1.60 x 2.00 m) is located on the ground floor, opposite there is a separate toilet and a separate sink.
2 WC' in total.
Large and cozy dining u-living room with beautiful wooden furniture, TV and reading corner with German u-franz. Programs, DVD players, stereo, games and books.

Internet connection & Chromecast, telephone.

A separate fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer.
It is nice to have breakfast outside ... in the garden behind the house.
In the afternoon, enjoy the sun in the front garden on the large wooden terrace.
We have invested this year in a sliding patio roofing.
Garden furniture, sun loungers, gas grill Weber are available.

From the kitchen, you come directly into the garage. She is tall and offers herself to accommodate everything; be it the shopping or the beach stuff.
Laundry can be hung behind the house or in the garage.

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und hat definitiv alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Da wir sehr warmes Wetter hatten, waren die beiden Terassen sehr praktisch, denn so hatte man immer ein Schattenplätzchen. Auch die Außendusche war klasse, um den Sand und das Salz vom Strand abzuspülen. Wir haben uns dort rundum sehr wohl gefühlt. Einen herzlichen Dank nochmals an die Vermieter, die uns ihr tolles Haus überlassen haben. Merci beaucoup!

Sehr geplegtes, gemütliches ,gut gelegenes Ferienhaus

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt von Anfang bis Mitte September 2016. Wir haben ein noch gemütlicheres und schöneres Ferienhaus, in dem es an Nichts fehlte, bewohnen dürfen als im Internet dargestellt. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig bei unzähligen Möglichkeiten, das einmalige Umfeld mit der bezaubernden Küstenlandschaft zu erkunden und zu genießen. Die Betreuung durch Madame Briand war im Vorfeld immer gegeben und sehr zugewandt.

Super séjour !

Maison très charmante, très bien équipée offrant un maximum de confort, entourée d'un jardin fermé, idéal pour nos 2 petits chiens, au voisinage très sympathique. Tout est accessible à pied, les environs sont magnifiques, de sublimes balades en perspective, la mer à côté, en un mots nous avons été ravies de notre séjour. Un grand merci à vous qui nous avez loué votre belle maison, nous reviendrons sûrement !!!

wunderschöner Urlaub

Obwohl wir jetzt schon einige Wochen zu Hause sind und uns der Alltag wieder eingeholt hat, lebt immer noch ein Stück Bretagne und Feriengefühl in uns. Schon direkt bei unserer Ankunft (nach einer langen Autofahrt) fühlten wir uns sehr sehr wohl in dem persönlich und gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienhaus. In dem gepflegten Haus fanden wir allen Komfort, der für uns den Aufenthalt zum erholten Urlaub machte. Die Terrasse lud bei sonnigem Wetter zum gemütlichen Essen im Freien ein. Mit unseren Rädern entdeckten wir nach und nach die Gegend in und um Concarneau - und natürlich die herrlichen Buchten, mit Felsen- oder Sandstränden, die so herrlich wenig bevölkert waren. Für unsere Kinder war auch immer etwas dabei - Klettern an der Küste, Boule spielen am Strand, oder auch bei schlechtem Wetter das neugebaute Schwimmbad direkt am Meer. Auch die Märkte von Pont Aven und Concarneau begeisterten nicht nur uns Eltern, sondern auch die Kinder! Schade, dass die 14 Tage so schnell um waren - wir wären alle gerne noch länger geblieben, und es war bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal, dass unser Weg uns in die Bretagne geführt hat.

Traumhaftes Haus

Wir haben im Oktober 2014 bei herrlichem Wetter eine sehr erholsame Woche in dem Haus verbraucht. Es fehlt an nichts und es ist bis ins Detail sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, in 1 Minute ist man direkt am Meer und kann einen wunderbaren Weg bis Concarneau laufen. Die Supermärkte sind bestens sortiert und laden dazu ein, viele Köstlichkeiten zu probieren. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
