'Chiripa apartment' is in the middle of a fantastic tropical garden area with large pool heated during winter. The pool area has free loungers and parasols.

Our apartments are located on the third level of this well-designed house with a view of the city Puerto de la Cruz, the Atlantic and the Orotava-valley. Elevators are available. The apartments have a living area that is elegantly and comfortably furnished with sleeping space for two additional guests and German TV, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, a fully furnished and fitted kitchen in American style with dining area as well as a very beautiful bathroom with shower, toilette, wash basins and washing machine. There are comfortable chairs and a table on the flowered terrace. In the lobby furnished with cosy leather furniture, free Wi-Fi usage is possible. The house is under German house management.

Features: The fitted kitchens of our apartments are completely furnished with pans, dishes and kitchen utensils. They have an electric stove with a ceramic hob and baking oven, refrigerator and freezer, sink as well as a dining area. The living room is furnished with elegant furniture and comfortable upholstered furniture. It has a big flat screen TV with German TV network. Accommodation is possible in the living room for two additional guests. The bedroom is furnished with a large wardrobe, double bed, dresser and bedside tables.

The modern and neat bathrooms have a shower, toilette, wash basin and washing machine.

The terraces are decorated with planted flower pots and loungers, chairs and a table. You have a wonderful view of Puerto de la Cruz, the sea and the Orotava valley from the terrace with thousands of blinking lights in the night. You can use free Wi-Fi in the comfortable lobby.

Location: Our apartments are located in the third floor (Elevator available) of the well designed block of flats

'Chiripa', which is found in a large subtropical garden. The house is in a quiet location in the city of San Fernando nearby the famous Taoro Park, which you simply have to cross in order to be in the historic old city Puerto de la Cruz. Numerous restaurants, shops, museums, fish harbour and entertainment facilities await you there. Even the sea, beaches and the popular sea pools with casino are found there. You can also find German doctors of all specializations, banks and German-speaking traders in the city. Opposite to our house there is a small grocery with a great choice of German breads and rolls as well as other food and beverages. There are also many bars, restaurants and other shops in the vicinity. A tennis court is found right next to our house.

Tenerife Island: Tenerife is the largest and also the most beautiful island of the Canary archipelago. The island has different climatic zones and is therefore also referred as the smallest continent. Tenerife also has the highest elevation of Spain, with the 3718 meter high peak of the volcano 'Teide'. The landscape in the southern part of the island is dry and the climate is warm while in the north (where our apartment is located) it is more a subtropical climate with appropriate vegetation and the prevailing annual average temperature is about 25 degrees. The pool in the sea is open all year round. It might possibly snow given the high altitude of the Teide mountain range.

Endless hiking opportunities through wonderful eucalyptus and pine forests are there on this island of dreams,

which is also a paradise for nature scientists and water sportsmen. The island has many golf courses as well as two large airports from where the next one, Los Rodeos, is located just around 25 km away from us.

Our apt. 315 is furnished with very elegant and high-quality furniture. Comfortable chairs (for e.g. a recliner to watch TV and much more) and real portraits give a luxurious and homely atmosphere. The rooms are designed with high-quality laminate and carpets. There is a big flat screen TV with many German programs as well as a stereo system with radio, CD player and USB. The bedroom has a big double bed 200x180 cm with 2 really good mattresses, bedside tables, dressing table and a large built-in wardrobe with furniture safe. The comfortable dining area can accommodate 4 persons comfortably. The open kitchen has a baking oven, ceramic cook top, refrigerator with freezer and an extractor hood. It is provided with all pans, dishes and kitchen utensils, which can be found in a modern kitchen. The bathroom has a bath tub/shower, wash basin, toilette and a washing machine. The city Puerto de la Cruz is a picturesque pearl in the northern part of evergreen holiday island Tenerife. Tenerife is the largest canary island. Our apartment is located in part of the city San Fernando, at the Taoro Park. Despite its quiet location you just have to cross the Taoro Park and you are at the city center with its historic old town and the sea. Countless number of restaurants and shops await you there. You can also find the famous sea pool as well as the casino apart from the beaches. Just opposite to our sophisticated apartments you will also find a small grocery store with daily fresh German bread on sale. You have a wonderful view of the city Puerto de la Cruz from the terrace of your apartment, the Atlantic and the Orotava valley.
