My husband and I spent a month at this apartment. It exceeded all our expectations. Very bright, spacious, well equipped, with lovely roof terrace and stunning views Bus, and U-bahn within 5 minutes walk, and groceries, restaurants, bakery, cafe just round the corner. La casa corrisponde perfettamente alle aspettative: la descrizione fatta dalla padrona di casa è veritiera e precisa. L'ubicazione è molto comoda: il quartiere è tranquillo, la stazione della metropolitana si raggiunge in due minuti a piedi, in meno di dieci minuti a piedi si raggiunge la stazione centrale degli autobus di Berlino, comodissima per chi, come noi, arrivava a Berlino da Lipsia. Sotto casa ci sono ristoranti, panificio, supermercato, tutto quello che può servire. L'appartamento è pulito, luminoso, silenzioso e ben organizzato, con una zona notte separata dalla zona giorno: la cucina è bene attrezzata. Inoltre ci sono anche libri, giochi (di cui i miei figli sono stati molto contenti), cartine della città etc.
La padrona di casa è molto cordiale, disponibile e gentile: ci ha fatto molta simpatia.
Consiglierei senza dubbio questa sistemazione ai miei amici.

This very sunny apartment has everything. It is large, very, very well-equiped, very
clear and sunny. It is also located at less than 5 minutes for line U2 of U-bahn.
You will find groceries, bakeries, good restaurants and everything you need near
the apartment and it takes only 15 minutes to go to city center by metro.
The landlord provides basic food. Internet connection is excellent.

The apartment is located in beautiful West End residential neighborhood, centrally located in the western part of Berlin. It is located on the fifth floor of an apartment building covered with ivy and wine from 1926. An elevator to the fourth floor is available. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment is the national route with several delis, bakeries, supermarkets, organic and Aldi, the breakfast cafe and numerous restaurants serving international cuisines. The radio tower with the fairground and the ICC can be reached in 10 minutes. Theodor-Heuss-Platz U-Bahn station and bus stops within 2 minutes to reach the S-Bahn station Messe / ICC in 10 minutes. With the subway you are in 10 minutes at the Zoo Station and KaDeWe. To the Olympic Stadium and the Grunewald with Devil's and Havel is 20 minutes away on foot. Free parking (without a long search) before the House. Exit from Funkturm 2 min. A taxi from Tegel airport costs about 15 €.
