This superbly equipped hotel with a beautiful pool area (pool size 5 x 10 m) offers all the prerequisites for a successful holiday. The Villa Can Pedro is on a 7000 m2 plot lined with flowering oleanders. The house is quietly situated in the residential area Ses Colonies only 2 km from the village of Colonia St. Jordi and its beaches. On a floor space of 200 m2 spread over the ground floor of the living room with dining area, separate kitchen, a cozy TV area overlooking the pool and 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs you will find 2 more bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with impressive views in the exclusive residential area. In the basement there is a garage with 3 parking spaces.

Impressive is the tasteful decor of the house, the friendly matching colors and the processing of high quality wood, marble and natural stone, which create a comfortable atmosphere immediately.

The Beaches: The village of Colonia is located between the two beautiful undeveloped natural beaches Es Trenc and Es Dolc. The Es Trenc runs from Colonia miles up to Sa Rapita. In the off season you can make sophisticated beach walks while making inroads into the hinterland. There is a bird sanctuary and the famous Saline landscape. In the summer, especially the beach fun. You can rent chairs at the beach or take one or the other to himself. Between the village of Ses Covetes and Sa Rapita a part of the beach is designated as a naturist beach. The beach It Dolc, from its basic sources of fresh water to gush, is located about 500 meters from the port. It is usually not so frequented as the harbor beach directly on the promenade and offers a charming view of the port of Colonia and the anchor in the bay boats.

Colonia and the East Coast: Colonia St. Jordi, originally a small fishing village, is a family-friendly village in the south of the island, between the miles of protected natural beaches such as Es Trenc, Es located Dolc. The resort of Colonia St. Jordi is located in the south of the island close to the beautiful natural beach Es Trenc, called because of its white sand and crystal clear water of the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. Colonia has an interesting harbor area with restaurants, bars and small shops, where you saunter and take in the warm summer nights, a glass of wine overlooking the beach, the marina and the sea can. Colonia St. Jordi is especially appreciated by families with children due to its compactness, and the gently sloping beaches. In the summer months boat trips are offered to the Natural Park of Cabrera. On the beaches you can rent surfboards and small boats to visit the romantic, usually accessible only from the water side bays on the east coast. Also, groups of friends who like it more introspective, feel in Colonia well.

Golf: Golf: Approx 25 km from Colonia is the 18-hole golf course Son Julia, who belongs to the Marriott Hotel Son Julia. The very scenic location and challenging 18-hole golf course Val d Or is located 20 km from Colonia and is in close proximity to the resort of Cala d'Or.

Since the facilities of the house was made of very high quality and with substances which are to be cleaned only in the cleaning, this house is not suitable for young children. 2x a week is a cleaning lady and leads a small house cleaning. For rental periods from 2 weeks it changes from the sheets and towels.
