The penthouse is located in the peaceful oasis of a gated community and in close proximity to the beach and attractions such as several golf courses. The location makes it ideal for family, sportsmen etc.

The penthouse has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and living room and dining room. The large bathroom is equipped with a Jacuzzi. All other rooms have exclusive features and fulfil all your desires. In the kitchen, not just a dishwasher but also a washing machine is installed. The apartment is open plan; a fireplace is accessible both from living room as well as from the dining room.

In each room there is also an adjoining balcony and a spacious roof terrace is accessible over a spiral staircase. All balconies are equipped with different seating arrangements. Some of the balconies have a sea view or a view of the beautiful, freely formed community pools with the extensive landscaped gardens

At the nearest pool personal loungers are provided. The entire apartment has air-conditioning and heating, so that this can be used all year round.
