The apartment of 88 m² offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a balcony, a kitchen, a living/dining room and a storage room. Additionally, a roofed parking space and a shed belong to the apartment. Two bedrooms are each equipped with two single beds. The third bedroom offers 2 bunk beds, thus 4 people can be accommodated here. Satellite TV, microwave, a BBQ, washing machine and dishwasher are available. Four separate air-conditioning units in the bedrooms and the living/dining room can be individually adjusted. The air conditionings are energy-saving inverter units which can also be used as heating in the colder seasons. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view of the bay of Alcudia and the marina. The sound of the sea creates this special Mediterranean feel during the evening hours. The position on the second floors allows to leave the balcony doors open.

Der Abholservice ist unbezahlbar. Die Wohnung liegt fast am Strand. Ideal denn man muss nicht alles mitschleppen. Der Markt bietet garantiert frische Ware für den leckeren Kochevent daheim. Es gibt einen französischen Quiche & Roggenbrot Bäcker im Ort. Disco oder Nachtclubs sind weit genug entfernt. Die Abende auf der Terrasse haben wir genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Ela & Harald

Top Wohnung, tolle Lage, supernette Vermieter

Wir waren im September 2013 mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind in der Ferienwohnung der Familie Hummrich auf Mallorca und wir kommen wieder!!!

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Man ist direkt am schönen Sandstrand und Meer. Auch bis zum Örtchen sind es nur einige, wenige Minuten. Dort findet man schöne, gemütliche Restaurants.

Die Wohnung ist mit allen nötigen Details ausgestattet und bietet genügend Raum für einen schönen Urlaub. Bei Problemen jeglicher Art ist Familie Hummrich direkt und jederzeit als Ansprechpartner telefonisch zur Stelle.

Wir haben uns für einige Tage ein Auto gemietet und die Insel erkundet.

Durch die Lage (direkte Autobahnanbindung wenige Minuten entfernt) waren wir schön zentral und konnten alles schnell erreichen.

Also ein Urlaubsort, an dem man sich rundum wohlfühlen kann!

Our holiday apartment is located about 5 walking minutes from the village centre of Port d'Alcudia in the North of Mallorca. Especially because of the fine sandy beach, which slopes down gently into the tranquil Mediterranean Sea, the bay of Alcudia is a great family destination. The children can play safely at that from lifeguards watched beach, without getting into the swimmers area too soon. Between apartment and beach there is no traffic- no cars or motorcycles.

A water park with water slides and adventure areas offers other activities, which contribute to a varied holiday. Surfing, sailing, water skiing, diving, pedal boating and fishing are of course possible too, as well as hiking and cycling.

From a gastronomic perspective, the restaurant 'Mirador de la Victoria' with its legendary view of the bay of Pollença offers one of the highlights on Mallorca. When we spend our holidays on Mallorca, we go there at least once, to dine and to enjoy the fabulous view. Within a radius of 1 km there are numerous different restaurants. A Spanish supermarket (EROSKI) and a LIDL are reachable within walking distance.

Golf: There are two golf clubs in immediate vicinity. First the golf club Alcudia; a discerning 18-hole course with marvellous views and demanding tasks for experienced golfers. Beginners will love the golf courses of Pollença from the start. This 9-hole course offers everything to really learn how to golf. Good luck and enjoy!
