Unique luxury beach apartment to be rented! The penthouse covers more than 170sq.m and 70sq.m terraces. Our luxury apartment is modern and colourfully equipped. On the entrance floor there is a large living room with fireplace, comfortable couches and a large dining table for up to 6 guests. The covered terrace of 20sq.m with dining table and couch lies in front of the living room. From here you can enjoy the fantastic pool and sea view. On the same level there are also 2 large bedrooms, each of them with lots of built-in wardrobes and own ensuite bathroom as well as the large kitchen with own washroom. The upper floor with the huge main bedroom under the gabled roof with frontal sea view can be reached via staircases inside. This bedroom has a large glass façade and a spacious bathroom. The 50sq.m roof terrace lies in front of the bedroom and offers 3 private deck chairs and a large dining table for 4 guests. 3 excellent restaurants are in walking distance, luxury residence with 4 pools.

Things to know about San Luis de Sabinillas: San Luis de Sabinillas is a typical Spanish town and is situated directly on the Mediterranean coast. The town has preserved its original Spanish character. Here you will find a lot of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, a wide range of shops, pharmacy, banks, post etc. Every Sunday one of the biggest local weekly markets and jumble sales takes place. The nearby Marina de la Duquesa is very intimate and invites you to stay in a cosy atmosphere. Apart from many bars and restaurants there is a hairdresser, a fitness centre, a cleaning service, cybercafés and a business centre.

Things to know about Estepona: This old Spanish town, which over the time has grown into a city, is situated between Marbella and Gibraltar and is one of the very few towns along the coastline, which could preserve its own character despite the growing tourism. In the city centre you’ll find the Plaza Las Flores, a beautifully laid meeting point. In its surroundings you will find many shopping facilities in the pedestrian area and the charming old town. The bull ring of Estepona is also very noteworthy, it was designed after the plans of Salvador Dalí and has a corresponding charisma. Fabulous apartment!

The apartment is very well appointed and spacious. It was most comfortable for the 4 of us. In December, there was even one heated pool opened which we enjoyed on the days when it wasn't too windy. We took nice long walks on the beach and explored the area:Estepona, Marbella, Gibraltar, etc. Alberto, the manager, is most helpful. Be sure to tell the owner ahead of time if you would like the TV in English or in German. Those are the only two possibilities. For instance, for our children learning Spanish, there was no possibility to watch Spanish TV. Also, we couldn't get the wifi to work (a paid service). Other than that, the apartment is wonderful.

Excellent apartments, very family friendly!

We stayed there for 2 weeks with 2 kids and we really really enjoyed every day there! We were welcomed by an english speaking guy, who patiently showed us the apartment, explained where the nearest shops and bars are. The apartment is very clean and very well equipped.
I can't forget morning coffees on big balcony with the sea view and birds singing :).

The area itself is close to the sea so you can choose between huge beach and 3 big pools. There are couple of nice restaurants on the beach, just in 5 minites walk distance so don't forget to try their fish specials!

Possibly the only downside for us was that tv channels were all in german only, but frankly speaking we didn't have much time to watch it :)

Fantastic!

We rented this apartment for two weeks in last august. The place was large and quite clean. The amenities were as described. The kitchen is well equipped. The terraces are very large and confortable. The pools are fantastic and we had a fantastic sea and beach view. The owner provides all the information that you might need. Great days!

Großzügiges Wohnen in harmonischer Atmosphäre

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Sie ist sehr großzügig und gut geschnitten und mit den 3 Bädern hat wirklich jeder seine Privatssphäre! Die Terrassen sind wunderschön und bieten je nach Wetter alle Möglichkeiten! Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf den gepflegten Garten und das Meer. Die Betten sind auffallend bequem, die Matratzen wirken wie neu und sind nicht durchgelegen! Das findet man eher selten. Sehr viel Raum für Kleidung in den großen, vielfältigen Kleiderschränken und ausreichend Kleiderbügel! Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch den sehr netten Verwalter und die ausführlichen Ratschläge und Tipps des Vermieters helfen wirklich weiter und man fühlt sich sofort zuhause und findet sich auch in der Umgebung zurecht. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir können diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Wunderschöner Urlaub!

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich zu empfehlen! Sie ist in einer Top-Lage direkt am Meer und schönen langen Sandstrand. Leider waren zu unserer Zeit Quallen im Meer und wir konnten nicht täglich ins Meer gehen. Doch die Anlage hat sehr schöne Pools. Zu unserer Zeit war es sehr angenehm ruhig und man kann sehr gut am Pool und in der Anlage entspannen.
Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Auch der Service, falls etwas nicht funktioniert, ist super. Wir hatten am Anfang das Problem dass wir kein warmes Wasser hatten, doch nachdem wir angerufen hatten war das Problem innerhalb von 15 Minuten behoben. Sie sind sehr freundlich und die Anlage ist auch sehr gepflegt.
Gerne würden wir immer wieder hier hin kommen. Super schöne Ferienwohnung und Anlage! Einfach nur zu empfehlen.

Hammermässiges Penthouse in supergepflegter Anlage

Das Penthouse war total identisch mit den Fotos. Alles total sauber und riesengross!!! Küche super eingerichtet - es war alles da. (ausser einem Sparschäler) Ein Traum von einer Aussicht und die Anlage ist an Gepflegtheit und Originalität wahrscheinlich fast nicht mehr zu "toppen". Die Betreuung und Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt. Auch die Damen von der Reinigung haben ausgezeichnet geputzt und Wäsche gewechselt (und das in dieser Hitze!!!). Auch die Wegbeschriebe und Restauranttipps waren sehr hilfreich.
Das neue Restaurant vorne beim Turm ist übrigens meeega empfehlenswert.! Die Poolanlage ist sagenhaft schön und das Wasser war immer herrlich sauber. Was uns etwas störte war, dass es trotz Regeln die auf einer Tafel zu lesen waren und trotz täglich anwesendem Bademeister immer wieder Gäste gab, die am Morgen ihre Tücher auf die Liegen legten, kurz schwimmen gingen, nach dem Trocknen wieder verreisten und den ganzen Tag nicht mehr zurückkamen.... Abends aber auf Ihren Liegen den Sonnenuntergang genossen. Was uns noch mehr störte ist, dass die direkt umliegenden Strände absolut ungepflegt sind. Das Meer ist dort katastrophal schmutzig (Papier, Plastik etc.), sodass wir eigentlich nie dort im Meer baden gingen. Es ist übrigens an der Costa del Sol absolut empfehlenswert, Badeschuhe mitzunehmen. Die Beachbar "Heaven" mit Superliegen und saubererem Wasser (Richtung Marbella) hat uns dann noch etwas entschädigt... Es hat überall Steine (nicht nur Kies) die am und im Wasser liegen. (also kein feiner Sand) Zudem fanden wir es schade, dass man für Einkäufe (z.B. frisches Brot zum Frühstück) jeweils immer das Auto benutzen musste. Zu Fuss wäre das Einkaufen aufgrund der Schnellstrasse (keine Angst, die Strasse hört man übrigens nicht!!!) zu gefährlich gewesen... Das Hinterland haben wir uns bis nach Ronda angeschaut. Unglaublich, dass es dort noch "Leben" gibt.... :-) Einen Ausflug nach Marbella in die malerischen Gassen ist auch sehr lohnenswert und zur Sommersaison gibt es für Schnäppchenjäger im Corte Ingles (bei Marbella) so extrem viele Angebote, dass man (frau) überhaupt nicht zu kurz kommt... Kurzum - wir fühlten uns absolut wohl in diesem Appartment und Anlage und würden das Perla de Marrakesh Nr. 15 auch an unsere Freunde weiterempfehlen...

If you drive from Marbella to the west, you'll pass the city of Estepona, direction Sotogrande. You'll recognize the dramatic changes of the countryside. Below the village of Casares where seems that time has stopped, the residence 'La Perla de la Bahia' is located directly on the beach.
