Unique luxury beach apartment to be rented! The penthouse covers more than 170sq.m and 70sq.m terraces. Our luxury apartment is modern and colourfully equipped. On the entrance floor there is a large living room with fireplace, comfortable couches and a large dining table for up to 6 guests. The covered terrace of 20sq.m with dining table and couch lies in front of the living room. From here you can enjoy the fantastic pool and sea view. On the same level there are also 2 large bedrooms, each of them with lots of built-in wardrobes and own ensuite bathroom as well as the large kitchen with own washroom. The upper floor with the huge main bedroom under the gabled roof with frontal sea view can be reached via staircases inside. This bedroom has a large glass façade and a spacious bathroom. The 50sq.m roof terrace lies in front of the bedroom and offers 3 private deck chairs and a large dining table for 4 guests. 3 excellent restaurants are in walking distance, luxury residence with 4 pools.

Things to know about San Luis de Sabinillas: San Luis de Sabinillas is a typical Spanish town and is situated directly on the Mediterranean coast. The town has preserved its original Spanish character. Here you will find a lot of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, a wide range of shops, pharmacy, banks, post etc. Every Sunday one of the biggest local weekly markets and jumble sales takes place. The nearby Marina de la Duquesa is very intimate and invites you to stay in a cosy atmosphere. Apart from many bars and restaurants there is a hairdresser, a fitness centre, a cleaning service, cybercafés and a business centre.

Things to know about Estepona: This old Spanish town, which over the time has grown into a city, is situated between Marbella and Gibraltar and is one of the very few towns along the coastline, which could preserve its own character despite the growing tourism. In the city centre you’ll find the Plaza Las Flores, a beautifully laid meeting point. In its surroundings you will find many shopping facilities in the pedestrian area and the charming old town. The bull ring of Estepona is also very noteworthy, it was designed after the plans of Salvador Dalí and has a corresponding charisma. There is an abundance of restaurants from typical small tapas bars to sophisticated pubs. On Wednesdays and Sundays there are markets in Estepona. Fabulous apartment!

The apartment is very well appointed and spacious. It was most comfortable for the 4 of us. In December, there was even one heated pool opened which we enjoyed on the days when it wasn't too windy. We took nice long walks on the beach and explored the area:Estepona, Marbella, Gibraltar, etc. Alberto, the manager, is most helpful. Be sure to tell the owner ahead of time if you would like the TV in English or in German. Those are the only two possibilities. For instance, for our children learning Spanish, there was no possibility to watch Spanish TV. Also, we couldn't get the wifi to work (a paid service). Other than that, the apartment is wonderful.

Excellent apartments, very family friendly!

We stayed there for 2 weeks with 2 kids and we really really enjoyed every day there! We were welcomed by an english speaking guy, who patiently showed us the apartment, explained where the nearest shops and bars are. The apartment is very clean and very well equipped.

I can't forget morning coffees on big balcony with the sea view and birds singing :).

The area itself is close to the sea so you can choose between huge beach and 3 big pools. There are couple of nice restaurants on the beach, just in 5 minites walk distance so don't forget to try their fish specials!

Possibly the only downside for us was that tv channels were all in german only, but frankly speaking we didn't have much time to watch it :)

Fantastic!

We rented this apartment for two weeks in last august. The place was large and quite clean. The amenities were as described. The kitchen is well equipped. The terraces are very large and confortable. The pools are fantastic and we had a fantastic sea and beach view. The owner provides all the information that you might need. Great days!

Urlaub mit viel Sightseeing in tollem Penthouse

Wir haben 10 Tage in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung Marakech 15 verbracht.

Nach unserer Buchung in Deutschland wurden wir vom Verwalter mit ausreichend Infomaterial über Wegbeschreibung, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswertem versorgt. Die gezahlte Kaution wurde innerhalb von zwei Wochen nach unserer Rückkehr auf unser Konto zurückgezahlt.

Wir haben uns von Deutschland aus einen Mietwagen über Sixt gebucht. Nach der Ankunft in Malaga hat das mit der Entgegennnahme des Autos auch sehr gut geklappt, Sixt hatte übrigens die kleinste Schlange aller Autovermieter.

In der Anlage angekommen hat uns der dortige Verwalter alles kurz erklärt. Die zugehörige Tiefgarage ist recht steil zum Runterfahren und man muss unten aufpassen, dass das Auto nicht aufsetzt. Ansonsten ist alles recht eng und schmal und man sollte schon ein guter Autofahrer sein um dort einparken zu können ( wie gut, dass mein Mann dabei war).

Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang und liegt in der 1. Etage. Dort befindet sich das Wohnzimmer mit überdachter Terrasse , 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern, wobei das eine ein recht kleines, enges Duschbad ist, aber es reicht aus. Die Küche ist groß und es ist alles da was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Toll fand ich auch den kleinen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, Waschpulver sollte man sich von zu hause mitbringen. Im Dachgeschoß ist dann ein großes Schlafzimmer mit angrenzender Dachterrasse. Schränke in den Schlafzimmern sind großzügig. Meine Tochter war begeistert von dem Whirlpool in der Badewanne.

Die Bilder auf der Homepage entsprechen den Tatsachen, mal abgesehen von dem toll gedeckten Tisch.

Die Wohnung hat nur einen Nachteil um diese Jahreszeit, man hat zum Frühstück die Sonne auf der unteren Terrasse und dann nicht mehr. Zum Abendessen wird es dann recht schnell kühl. Im Sommer bestimmt angenehm wenn man nach dem Frühstück keine Sonne mehr hat.

Der Pool ist um diese Jahreszeit recht frisch und eigentlich für Eiswassererprobte, es gibt aber auch noch einen beheizten kleinen Pool.

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Man hat direkten Zugang zum Strand und kann lange Spaziergänge machen.

Sie ist sehr zentral gelegen und man erreicht viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in kurzer Zeit. (Gibraltar, Tarifa, Marbella, ...)

Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen und wir würden auch wieder kommen.

If you drive from Marbella to the west, you'll pass the city of Estepona, direction Sotogrande. You'll recognize the dramatic changes of the countryside. No more big hotels, the landscape here could preserve its original character. Below the village of Casares where seems that time has stopped, the residence 'La Perla de la Bahia' is located directly on the beach. The facility was constructed a few years ago, in a typical Andalusian and Moroccan style. It unites an atmosphere of the past to a timeless ambience.
