Rooms flooded with light, sophisticated furniture, 3 bedrooms, for 6 persons

The house is a typical Italian country house, built in 1890, renovated to modernity. On more than 200 m² the house offers space for up to 6 adults and seduces with its wonderful location and the amazing views to the surrounding hills. Rooms flooded with light, sophisticated furniture and lots of space.

On the ground floor you will find an ample living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen. From the kitchen you can access the spacious pebble terrace with panoramic view. In the hammock underneath the shaded pergola you can let you hair down and relax.

The upper floor contains the cosy master bedroom with its luxurious en-suite bathroom and the walk-in closet. As well on this floor are the chimney room and another bathroom for the upper bedrooms. In the attic two further cosy bedrooms await you, each equipped with a double bed.

The Casa del Campo lies in the middle of the amazing nature, nestled in the gentle hilly landscape of the Marche and surrounded by olive & fruit trees and fertile fields. The nearest villages Penna San Giovanni and Piane di Falerone are about 10 minutes drive away. Penna San Giovanni is an enchanting little village at an altitude of 632 m. From here you can enjoy wonderful mountain and sea views. All necessities like shops, pizzeria, bar, doctor and a pharmacy are available. Day trips to the coast, the close Monte Sibilla Mountains or to the provincial capitals of Macerata and Ascoli Piceno are well worth an excursion. The nearest seaside resort is Porto San Giorgio in about 30 km.

Natural beauties like the dripstone cave of Frasassi, which is amongst the most beautiful of its kind or the national park of Monti Sibillini, should not be missed.

A great stay! This was my first time renting a property this way and I was worried that the house might not be as nice in person as it appeared in the listing, but the home was exactly as it appeared in the photos. It was clean, bright, very spacious, quiet, with complete privacy and beautiful views from every window. The housekeepers who met us upon our arrival were very friendly and helpful, and the owner was very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended!
