(To 1.60 m deep, approximately 3.5 x 6 m, should children swimming) Chalet Simon is a good as new terrace house with pool for exclusive use. On the way are only 4 priv-detached houses. Our house is at the end of the series. The location is peaceful with beautiful views of nature preserve. You are looking for neighbors well protected by walls and landscaping. Dining and kitchen area with access to large tiled pool deck - on the ground floor of the residence is located. Just outside the living room there is a covered terrace with wooden furniture and a charcoal grill for your outdoor dining. There is also a guest bathroom with WB and a utility room with washing machine. On the upper floor are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds. Both bedrooms have large closets and every room has a private balcony. The large, bright bathroom with bath, two WB, WC, bidet is between the 2 bedrooms. A built stone staircase connects the two floors

Environment: The 4 km distant town of Porto Cristo has everything you are looking for a family holiday: Caves, a marina, restaurants, wineries, large supermarkets with fresh fish, small and large businesses, an authentic farmer's market, but no concrete block and hotel silos. All towns on the east coast and the capital, Palma de Mallorca can be reached by bus, which departs in the next street. Area: Within walking distance, about 15 minutes, you can visit the neighboring large bay Playa Romantica. Also here you will find lively beach and bathing life and crystal clear water.

The newly constructed house (chalet) located on a hill overlooking the bay of Cala Mandia with views of unspoilt countryside. Three bays with fine white sand beach, gently into the sea running, for non-swimmers and small children ideal, just 300 meters from the house. Surrounded by rocky shores, very easy to walk. Great area for diving and snorkeling. Crystal clear water! Cala Anquila with a small snack, Cala Mandia with excellent restaurant and outdoor terrace. Within easy walking comfortably. Small supermarket about 100 meters from the house, doctor, pharmacy, bank, car rental, diving school, horse riding, tennis, hotel, several restaurants and snack bars nearby. To Porto Cristo, about 5 km. Visit the harbor and the famous dragon caves highly recommended. Tours with glass bottom boat tours along the coast to Cala Anquila, Cala Mandia and Playa Romantica. Quiet location.
