The apartments are located on Rue Dauphine in the Saint Germain-des-Près neighborhood, one of the most beautiful and prestigious downtown locations in Paris. For culture-lovers, the Louvre Museum is right next-door, together with its beautiful ‘Jardin des Tuileries’ (Tuileries Garden) where you can enjoy a long walk up to the ‘Place de la Concorde’. For the romantics, stroll down along la Seine in the evening, which is just down the road, and explore its restaurants. If you ever feel like staying in though, the apartment offers a wonderfully quaint atmosphere with its elegant art and rich furniture for all the comfort you may desire. An elevator is available at your disposal. Travelling to Paris by train is highly recommended, as finding parking space in France’s capital is not the easiest.

The apartments are very quiet in the evening, especially after 10 pm at night; therefore peace and quiet would be appreciated. We offer ample space for 4 people. The Apartment is on the 2nd Floor of a building, which has an elevator.

The Apartment is composed of several areas, as described in the floor plan (see pictures). The black door marks its entrance. As you enter the residence, you will notice the bathroom with a separate toilet onto your left-hand side and the kitchen to your right. Walking straight down will lead you the main space, with the TV area to your left and the dining area to your right. The bedrooms are diagonal to each other, which means more privacy and no disturbance if you chose to come home at different times during the night. Both bedrooms look out onto the porch, which assures peace and quiet. It’s an old, traditional French building, where it is easy to disturb each other when you don’t pay attention, thus we would appreciate if you could be respectful of your neighbors. Air conditioning is not necessary, as the building has very thick walls, thus remains rather cool throughout the year.

GREAT LOCATION, OLD-WORLD CHARM!

The apartment was wonderful. The location was excellent – close to everything (the Louvre, Seine, Metro, restaurants and bars), but very quiet. And we loved the personal touches – the art work and so on. The apartment had charm and history, but with all the modern conveniences. The kitchen was small but functional and we loved the courtyard!! Away from most of the major tourist crush, but with lots of local shops nearby- including a great wine bar, Chez Nous on the corner. We had a fantastic time, and I hope that I have the opportunity to rent it again on my next trip to Paris!!

FANTASTIC APARTMENT

We came to the apartment from in early december and had a wonderful stay. As the housekeeper told us, the interior was just renovated and the apartment looked like just on the pictures. Being in the center of the city, the location was just excellent. We could walk everywhere through beautiful paris and had a wonderful trip. La Haule Properties is also very great as agency, they were always easy to reach and managed when we had problems.

PERFECT LOCATION FOR VISITING PARIS

A friend and I enjoyed a wonderful week in Paris in this apartment -- its central location just half a block from Pont Neuf and the River is perfect for visiting all the neighborhoods and sights of Paris. We walked everywhere and only took the metro a few times. The neighborhood is fun and lively, with plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes. With the courtyard and the high beamed ceilings and wood floors, you do feel as if you are in old Paris. And the apartment had plenty of light and was clean. The concierge at the building was very friendly and helpful. This was my first experience with renting an apartment so was a bit apprehensive, but everything went smoothly without a hitch.

MERVEILLEUX!

I hastily arranged a 3-night visit to Paris to visit a friend and stayed at the "Apartment at Pont Neuf" bringing my 80 year old mother. Another friend also joined us. This is a beautiful, well equipped home that makes you instantly feel a part of Paris and all it's wonders. While on a vibrant street, the apartment is set back in a quiet courtyard. You are steps away from Notre Dame, fabulous restros, markets, metros and the RER direct to CDG. There is an elevator if you need it to the second floor apartment and a very accommodating concierge. Two very comfortable double beds, separate living and dining rooms with exposed beams, and nice bathroom. Prepare your leisurely meals in the full kitchen or just stop in one of many restaurants or bistros in the area. Perfect for 2 couples or a family of 2-3 kids, esp great for an extended stay. I hope to return with my family in the near future for a longer stay!

The location of the apartment alone was enough to impress our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children). The bedrooms had a good size to sleep, where the kitchen was fully equipped. and perfect for our 7 day stay. The service from the time of my initial inquiry right through to being met at the door as we stepped out of the taxi was excellent - so very easy. This apartment was recommended to us by friends and I would have no hesitation to recommend it to other friends home in australia. We would certainly stay again. Right in the heart of Paris. I had been to Paris before but had stayed in a hotel and found the whole experience pretty non-impressive to be honest. Staying at this apartment has shown me a different Paris, the one I'd always imagined and one I would like to experience again and again.

BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT IN PARIS AS DESCRIBED

We visited Paris in September and it was absolutely fabolous. The Apartment has the optimal location in rue dauphine and is 200m away from the famous pont neuf and the louvre museum. On the other hand we enjoyed all the lovely restaurants in saint germain des près and the famous rue saint michel which is around the corner! What was especially nice about the apartment was the fact that the bedrooms are diagonal towards the dining- and livingroom. This way our children could come home and did not disturb us while we were sleeping. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed nice meals there. The windows look out into a quiet courtyard and the neighbors were very friendly. We relaxed and slept quite well there, though we were downtown-downtown Paris! Thanks for your brilliant assistance Till, we'll come back next year!!
