In the poshest area of Paris, best restaurants, with elevator / quiet

The apartments are located on Rue Dauphine in the Saint Germain-des-Près neighborhood, one of the most beautiful and prestigious downtown locations in Paris. For culture-lovers, the Louvre Museum is right next-door, together with its beautiful ‘Jardin des Tuileries’ (Tuileries Garden) where you can enjoy a long walk up to the ‘Place de la Concorde’. For the romantics, stroll down along la Seine in the evening, which is just down the road, and explore its restaurants. If you ever feel like staying in though, the apartment offers a wonderfully quaint atmosphere with its elegant art and rich furniture for all the comfort you may desire. An elevator is available at your disposal. Travelling to Paris by train is highly recommended, as finding parking space in France’s capital is not the easiest.

The apartments are very quiet in the evening, especially after 10 pm at night; therefore peace and quiet would be appreciated. We offer ample space for 4 people. The Apartment is on the 2nd Floor of a building, which has an elevator.

The Apartment is composed of several areas, as described in the floor plan (see pictures). The black door marks its entrance. As you enter the residence, you will notice the bathroom with a separate toilet onto your left-hand side and the kitchen to your right. Walking straight down will lead you the main space, with the TV area to your left and the dining area to your right. The bedrooms are diagonal to each other, which means more privacy and no disturbance if you chose to come home at different times during the night. Both bedrooms look out onto the porch, which assures peace and quiet. It’s an old, traditional French building, where it is easy to disturb each other when you don’t pay attention, thus we would appreciate if you could be respectful of your neighbors. Air conditioning is not necessary, as the building has very thick walls, thus remains rather cool throughout the year.

The Apartment was just as described by the property manager, who was extremely helpful in sorting out the booking process with us. Perfect for me and my family (4 people in total) 2 adults and 2 children. Overall was a great trip to one of my fav cities :-)

A cosy and well positioned apartment, perfect for

I would recommend this apartment to travelers who want a central position near some of Paris's most well known attractions such as the Louvre because the location is hard to beat! Although compact, the property was very comfortable and well laid out, making it easy to maneuver around the house even when entertaining guests. The staff maintained the property throughout our stay, providing great food and cleaning services. The views from the property were stunning, as we could see the Ifle Tower and the river from the main window. A simplistic and cosy apartment, that i would definitely go back to for a short trip to Paris.

Stunning property in the center of Paris!

When we arrived at the property we could'nt believe how central it was to all of the main attractions! At the same time we were slightly nervous that the property would lack privacy and that we would be kept up by the noises of the main street. However the second we closed the main gate it was as if we had stepped into our own private world! The walls of the property were thick which kept everything cool and quiet and the interiors were so beautifully decorated and clean. The in house elevator was a dream, making it quick and easy to get from the street to the apartment. The Louvre museum was right next door which was fascinating as my wife and i are avid art enthusiasts! We would definitely recommend this property to anyone seeking a romantic city break in Paris!

Great location, great apartment for a family stay

We stayed a week at this apartment - family of four with two kids, 11 and 13 years old. Location was fantastic - great street with lots of good restaurants nearby, and right off the Pont Neuf bridge, walking distance to the Louvre, Notre Dame, and close to subways. Terrific apartment with great old Paris Charm and nicely appointed. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

fantastic apartment, perfect location!

The apartment was perfect – exactly as described! The location was superb, walking distance to a whole host of quality restaurants and great bars. The property was very quiet and calm, very well lit and decorated with lovely furnishings. The best thing about the apartment however was the courtyard!!! Lucky the weather was nice. This wasn’t my first time renting an apartment in Paris, and I must say it was by far the smoothest, without any problems (a rarity nowadays)! Thoroughly recommend!!!!

Great location, old-world charm!

The apartment was wonderful. The location was excellent – close to everything (the Louvre, Seine, Metro, restaurants and bars), but very quiet. And we loved the personal touches – the art work and so on. The apartment had charm and history, but with all the modern conveniences. The kitchen was small but functional and we loved the courtyard!! Away from most of the major tourist crush, but with lots of local shops nearby- including a great wine bar, Chez Nous on the corner. We had a fantastic time, and I hope that I have the opportunity to rent it again on my next trip to Paris!!
