Apartment with 1 bedroom in a quiet location - ideal even for long-term holiday

Location: Our apartment(s) is/are located in a small, quiet complex in Matagorda district - Puerto del Carmen. In few minutes' walk you can reach the beautiful sandy beach and a pretty promenade, which in the South leads to the town centre and old harbour of Puerto del Carmen and in North up to Arrecife – all the way along the coast and without traffic. You can reach the Matagorda shopping centre with restaurants, cafés and bars in a few minutes’ walk. Bus stop is about 200 m away.

Features: There is a swimming pool in the complex with sun beds and parasols and a small mini market. In the spring of 2011 a small restaurant was started for breakfast service and snacks during the day. Washer/dryer is available for a fee of € 3.

Medical care by German doctors.

Aircraft noise? Not a single guest has complained of disturbing aircraft noise in the past year!

Guest recommendations: We stayed at the Matagorda Apartments for a week and we liked it very much. The complex is simple, but very clean. It is centrally located, a few minutes’ walk to the beach and with various shopping facilities and restaurants. The staff personnel are friendly and helpful. The children's pool is ideal for small children.

We were very satisfied, it is a somewhat older complex, nevertheless tidy and clean. We will come back. Impeccable price-performance ratio.

You will stay in a bright, friendly and modern apartment with a combined living cum bedroom, separate bedroom, bathroom with shower/toilet, kitchenette with refrigerator, terrace or balcony. Telephone, SAT-TV. Safe provided for a fee. Washer/dryer is available for guests for € 3 fee. Pool area - sport: There is an outdoor swimming pool with separate children's pool, sun beds with parasols. Bicycles can be rented for a fee. All water sport activities like tennis, golf, hiking etc. can be booked with a local provider. Please check our website also for further info on it.
