3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, 2 living rooms, up to 6 persons

Very beautiful holiday house with separate tower and private salt water pool (10m). The house is located on a large plot with lots of old trees (like olive trees, cypresses, etc.). The main house comprises 2 bedrooms (one with double bed, one with 2 single beds (cots)), a bathroom with shower over, living and dining room with fireplace, separate kitchen (gas hob, oven and dishwasher). Large veranda with view of the sea and the Tramuntana mountains.

There is another studio with fireplace (ground floor) in the adjacent tower, as well as a bedroom with en suite bathroom (with shower). Here you can enjoy the sea view from the bed and even the mountain view if the bedroom door is open.

The cellar of the tower includes a washing machine and a drier.

This object is an ideal location for families with children and grandparents. The pool area is secured so that children can’t enter on their own.

Nearest Beach : beach at 1.5 Kilometres

The house is located on Mallorcas west coast, close to the artist village Deia (ca. 600m to walk). Offers a stunning mountain and sea view, calm, lies above the Cala Deia bay, which is accessible in about 15 min via a beautiful trail. Getting there by car takes 5 min (parking facility available). The village is serviced by excellent restaurants (from simple tapas bars to gourmet cuisine). The village has kept its traditional character and tempts you to stroll.

It takes 15 min by car to get to the cities Valldemossa and Soller and some 40 min to Palma.

From Deia there are excellent possibilities to hike and bike. But one can also just relax on the terrace or at the pool and simply enjoy the marvellous mountain and sea view.
